Great Hearing Aids!
I have these hearing aids for my dad, which work amazingly well! The sound is clear, the noise cancellation is good, and the small size makes them comfortable and classy. He loves them! Easy to use and worth the price. I highly recommend these if you're looking for a solid hearing aid!

At first i thought my mother inlaw doesnt want to talk to me whenervwr i call. Then we realize maybe because of her old age shes having a hearing problem. I ask her if she wants to try hearing aid she doesnt want because its noticeable . I found this small nad barely can see it. The quality is outstanding well made. It fit perfectly and so far my mother inlaw law still has it on her ears. Very easy to use it have pre programmed ready to useZ battery last long - i know this for sure because she ask me to charge whenever its dead. Definitely she can hear better now . Price is a bit stiff but worth every dollar.

5 out of 5!
Bought these as a gift for my uncle, and they’ve been a game-changer! He says the sound quality is incredible, and the small, lightweight design makes them super comfortable to wear all day. The packaging was sleek and professional, and the included case is a nice touch for keeping them safe and secure. Setup was straightforward, and he’s had no issues with them so far. For the price, these are an excellent value, and they’ve made a huge difference in his daily life. Highly recommend!

Small may be tough on older wearers. No Customer Service after request.
I had these for about 4 months. They are very small and might be difficult for older people with any dexterity issues. The batteries are the smallest they make and are also difficult to handle. Product-wise I have an issue and a suggestion for improvement. First, they should improve the battery holder, batteries have come out of the hearing aid while putting them on or even opening them to place in their holder. A detent of sorts could prevent the door from opening too far. I don't like the single rocker switch on each unit that controls the volume, or with a long press, the program type. They last about 2 days with a battery, when they near the end of battery life, they beep way too loud for me. Perhaps a series of quietr beeps would be less invasive.Product-wise, I get alot of squealing if I raise the level to where they would be most useful for my loss. They also squeak at any sharp noises, such as a microwave oven beep that is at least 70 ft away at work. They "click" when I'm in our restroom at work or use our stairwell at work. Both have fluorescent lighting, and I assume it's the lighting causing the clicking but have no idea.Lastly, I've contacted Blaids via email and have not yet heard back yet - one of the units' stress relief bushing where the wire enters the device has come loose. I'm not rough with these so it is a defect, likely related to how small they are.Anyway, Blaids has not yet responded to how we can address the bushing. I'll update IF they respond or not after another weeks wait.

Worth every cent!
Absolutely wonderful! If you read the instructions provided they are very easy to adjust. They come with multiple ear pieces so finding the perfect fit was easy and I can't feel them at all. The sound quality is excellent and I am so happy I spent the extra money for these.

Feedback annoying
There is way too much feedback. When I turn the volume to a level that is comfortable for me the hearing aids create feedback and is very annoying. I have to turn the volume down to a level that does not meet my needs to get rid of the whining sound. The batteries only last about one day. When the batteries start to die there is a sound that is intolerable, so you have to change them immediately or turn them off. All in all, I would like them a lot if it weren't for the constant feed back sound.
