I was thoroughly impressed with the packaging of this for transport, as 3 large glass bottles arrived packaged in what looked like customized, inflated bubble-wrapped material I needed scissors to get into. I think I could've slammed one of the bundles on the tile floor and it wouldn't have broken. This is impressive to me because when ordering something in this price category, you want to know they care about what they're sending and it won't arrive leaking or broken. There are lots of good things in this product and it claims a 96% absorption rate. It's sugar-free too. There is a Q-code on the bottle that you can scan and check out their ingredient sourcing. The taste is sweet and fruity, and something I will not have any issue taking as-is. The ingredients support cognitive abilities and I am looking forward to that. As with any supplement, it may take weeks or even months to see improvements because of how herbal compounds work in the body, but I will update this review as needed when I am finished with this. The price is a lot up front, but that's for just over 3 months which is typically enough time to notice benefits.

I have always been a little skeptical of the myriad of supplements that keep popping up everywhere and generally avoid them. Being of an advanced age and aware ones memory can and usually deteriorate I took the time to look into this supplement. It seems this goes back to 1972 and was documented by Corneliu E. Giurgea as a new category and the beginning of the use of the term “Nootropic”. There didn’t seem to be anything harmful or excessive in this supplement, but I’m certainly not qualified to determine if it is or isn’t, it’s just my opinion and I could be wrong. I decided to give is a try and gave it a good shake and took the recommended dose of 2 tablespoons, which is 1 liquid ounce and almost 30 milliliters, which happens to be the same size as the little medicine cup that comes with so many over the counter liquid medications for coughs, congestion, etc. which is a graduated 15 and 30 milliliters, so that’s what I am using. It say to shack it really well, because some of the contents tend to settle on the bottom and it really does. It didn’t taste bad or not particularly good either, but it was okay. Second day and had I put the bottle in the refrigerator with the little medicine cup on top and took another dose this morning and I have to say, it’s much more pleasant to take when it is chilled. Time will tell if it helps me or not, so this is a review that I will be updating from time to time with my view of how it works for me.

Many of us would like to protect and improve our cognitive function and that is what this supplement is intended to do and the ingredient list is impressive toward that end - a lot of ingredients that show real promise for maintaining and improving brain health and function. I think that if it's effective, the price is pretty fair - this is a 90 day plus supply. It comes in brown glass to protect quality (refrigerate after opening), three bottles to a shipment (a little big at 32oz so factor in your fridge space!), and the bottles come well protected in air bubble wraps (see pic). Personally, I do not like the taste - I find a lot of stevia sweetened things don't taste great to me, but a quick ounce "shot" of this is not hard to take. I start my day with this along with breakfast and while it's not easy to measure the results, I feel good about the potential here!

So, I have been taking 2 big spoonfuls almost every day for the last month and a half. Yep, it tastes great, quite delicious in fact. But honestly, I have noticed no change in my cognitive ability. In fact, I would say mentally, I am declining more as opposed to less. I just turned 60 this year and am experiencing lots of cognitive issues. Short term memory loss, remembering words for common objects. Articulating sentences and carrying on a sensible conversation. My mental issues are difficult to explain. Although I have noticed in the past couple of years, mentally I am declining, sometimes I just feel blank. I was hoping this product could aid in my faults. In fact, I keep telling my husband, if only I could remember to take it every day. To help with this issue, I put it on the top shelf, right in the front of my refrigerator. This way it is staring at me when I open it up. By doing this I have been able to use it daily. It has been 30 days now that I have remembered to take it, only because it is staring me in the face now. This product is supposed to help with focus, memory, cognitive abilities. Nothing, I have noticed no change, no improvement in any aspect of my brains abilities. There are still moments of blankness. This is a very expensive product that is packed with absolute care. It tastes great. Unfortunately, it did nothing for me. I cannot recommend this product.

I used this every day for a few weeks. I'm not sure if I really noticed a difference. I might give it another try since I have so much of it. Taste is fine, can definitely be taken without mixing. Noticed that there is some gunk inside the bottle, I figure this is probably normal but who knows.
