Purchased this item on the advice of my NP for back and leg pain. Not only after three weeks of using this product were these issues lessened, but I found myself sleeping better at night. Who would guess that you could ever be deficient in magnesium and have an overall effect on your muscle and joints, aches and pains. I will never be without this magnesium supplement. I always try to purchase minimal ingredients with a high acceptable review. This product is the best. I understand why it is the overall purchase.

This one has been the best for me; my go-to.
This magnesium is exactly what I needed. I have been taking magnesium for many years but at a lesser dose. This one caused me to fall asleep much quicker, almost within 15-minutes of taking it. I do believe that I have found my new go-to.
