I got this for my (adult) son who is working out and trying to build muscle and stature. I also got this for myself to help with my exercise to hopefully max my benefits and hopefully keep that which I obtain. I am familiar with all these ingredients mostly and am very impressed. For my son who lifts weights and practices with his sport this is why I really like this impressive supplement blend. For starters the calcium which is a key component of strong bones. Then the HMB which is possibly associated to be a part of the bone building/repairing process. But with HMB it is speculated that it may be capable of helping one retain the muscle improvement especially with someone older like myself supposedly. The Epicatechin (green tea) I am not aware of its exercise benefits that the seller is indicating but I take it for its supposed antioxidant activity and focus and calming attributes it may have. The Purple Tea in this is completely a new ingredient for me and I am really liking what I am learning about it. Unlike Green or Black tea it contains a unique polyphenol called GHG (1,2-di-O-galloyl-4,6-O-(S)-hexahydroxydiphenoyl-β-D-glucose) that supposedly activates lipase which is an enzyme that breaks down fat and may change the way it is absorbed. This with it's possible activity associated with increased AMPK activity is touted as being possibly helpful with weight health. There appears to be quite a few people who are very pleased with this rather new ingredient now found in some supplements especially those associated with sports nutrition IMO. The last two ingredients are forms of ginseng which I really like for possible energy increases as well as the numerous claims for possible longevity that it may have. The Senactive in this which I am very impressed with is a blend ( Panax Notoginseng and Rosa Roxburghii) that it suppose to be synergetic in action to possibly help with senescence which is clearing old and damaged cells and replacing with new healthy ones. I have to say I have never seen such a focused blend with so many ingredients that are not commonly found in other supplements. I notice that there are many extracts being used in this which are usually the most potent part of the plant. Most of the ingredients are patent forms being utilized which resolves the third party lab testing need IMO. I like the dosages and think that they are at amounts that may have a meaningful effect. I would like to think with this supplement that the main thing between possibly achieving some awesome health goals/ gains is if I am willing to put forth the effort and discipline in my regime to get peak performance out of this cutting edge blend. As someone focusing more on health and wellness as I enter my fourth decade of life, this product intrigued me because of its third-party tested ingredients, which means the supplement has been verified by an outside party. In addition, it’s vegan, gluten-free, and free from unrecognizable or suspicious chemicals, which is another huge plus. The capsules are easy to swallow and contain calcium, green tea extract, and a powerful blend of root extracts known to aid in muscular support, endurance, energy levels, and fatigue reduction. It can be taken anytime but the optimal time that take it is about half an hour before exercising. This is a serious level supplement using high end patented formulations. The big plus on that is I won't be ingesting junk science stuff that my body won't know how to use. But you're paying for that reassurance that you'll get the benefit it's designed to provide, which are muscle growth, stamina & endurance at 3 capsules 1-3x's daily in AM/PM.. That's okay for being a serious athlete on a fitness journey. You get what you pay for. Why waste your time otherwise is my approach. In the world of supplementation the differences are huge & my choice matters. This formulation has all the right seals for GMP, FDA recognized facility, UL listed, made in usa. Clean with no soy, dairy, gluten free & non GMO.

I have been taking the strength supplement for about two or three weeks now and I really like it. It arrived quickly and well packaged. The capsules are standard size capsules and easy to swallow. There is no discernible taste or odor. They do not bother my stomach and so far I just am very happy with them!

It's always hard to review these things -- you get them, try them, and then try to determine if they actually helped or not. And usually, you don't really know. However, what I can say about these is that they didn't have any negative side effects (some supplements I've tried have left my stomach upset) and didn't have any awful aftertaste or anything. I'm also older so I don't grow muscle particularly quickly anyway. At the very least, this is a really good source of calcium so will be good for your bones.

Their supplements are manufactured in the US (albeit with global ingredients) in a cGMP certified facility so you can have peace of mind in purchasing them. The batch I received had 2 years of shelf life. This Skeletal Muscle Support formulation utilizes a lot of quality trademarked ingredients and seems to be wholesome compilation. I've taken 3 capsules/day as part of my daily supplement regimen without issue. My chief complaint and the reason I deducted a star is value. The current list price of $75.95 (with 5% coupon applied) is too high for a 1-month supply of any supplement. I think this should be in the $40-50 range. Otherwise, I would recommend it.
