⚠️ WARNING: Poor Quality Control - Defective Unit and Missing Parts
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this Blue Star 2 Ton AC. The unit I received had serious defects right out of the box. 1) Defective Build: The outdoor unit's chassis is bent, which causes the fan to hit the casing. This results in a loud, unbearable wobbling noise that makes the unit unusable. 2) Missing Components: The package was missing essential parts, including the remote control and standard installation hardware (nuts/pipes). It appears there is a serious lack of quality control at the factory to send out a unit in this condition. I strongly advise anyone buying this to inspect the unit and test it immediately upon arrival to ensure you haven't received a defective product like I did.

Excellent Cooling and Smart Features
I recently purchased the Bluestar AC (2 TON IC524DNUR) for my large hall, and I'm very impressed with its performance. The cooling capacity is excellent, and it efficiently cools the entire space. One of the standout features is its Smart Ready capability. For an additional Rs. 1650, you can have a WiFi chip installed, transforming it into a Smart AC, which is very convenient for remote control. Operating the AC is very straightforward, and maintenance has been hassle-free so far. The design is generally good, but I did notice a small gap at the back of the indoor unit, which could potentially allow lizards to enter. Despite this minor issue, I believe the Bluestar AC offers great value for the price. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my purchase.

What happen when you installing AC to company vendor
I recommend not getting this AC installed through the company vendor. I recently purchased this AC for my living room (150 sq ft). The cooling is okay (not bad), but it’s not very fast. I need to turn on the fan for quicker cooling, and it takes around 20–30 minutes to cool the entire living room. And Water is leaking from the AC. So, I suggest considering a different AC brand. Additionally, I just want to share a note about the installation: if you’re paying a high amount for it, I recommend hiring an external AC vendor. They usually do a better job compared to the company-provided installers. The company vendor spoke rudely and didn’t suggest any ideas that would be helpful for us. He was in a hurry, finished the work quickly, and left. They also installed only a short wire to connect the AC. When I asked for a longer wire, he demanded extra money. On top of that, they left the wiring exposed, and the connector is clearly visible outside the AC with the white wire hanging out.
