Talk about an instant reaction from our two cats when we started playing with them with these toys! That little pit piece is what had them going crazy over! Sadly, when we threw the rope toy, the pit piece went flying off of it. So that lasted only 2 minutes from opening it. The others lasted longer but eventually fell off too. Minus that piece, the rope toys are very strong and solid. Also A LOT bigger than what we thought. I don't think I would order these again as they are not interested in playing with it solo, but have a few minutes of fun when we do bring it out.

These silvervine/ catnip rope toys seem like a good concept. My cat did play with it for a little bit at first but then lost interest. I do think it is because she was really only interested in the silvervine/ catnip part of the toy and the effects of that do wear off in a pretty short time. So after the first hour or so of her playing with it, she lost interest and I have not been able to get her to play with it since. It does come with 3 decent sized rope toys though and it seemed like a good concept worth trying. Maybe other cats will respond differently.

Being an indoor kitty, he's had a bit of spring fever, so this new toy was really needed. He's no longer bored, he's now happy & content. The aroma according to G Kitten Guy is "wildly intoxicating". He is enjoying chewing on the sisal rope greatly, too.The toy does seem to have wire inside, from the way it bends, but the listing states it does not. Regardless, you always want to check your cat's toys, and keep an eye on the kitty even when he's playing alone. I feel the toy looks very safe for my cat, and he's enjoying it a lot! If there is wire inside, it will take a lot of chewing to reach it, so I'm not worried. You receive 3 of the toys, too, so that is wonderful!Great price for a 3 pack & great cat toys. Very well made but only time will tell on how tough they are. My boy like to chew anything like these until he gets them into edible pieces. It doesn't matter what it is, if he thinks he can then it's good enough to eat and that is why things like this are supervised playtime only. I have to admit that when I take it away he sulks, but if it's bedtime he's ok since he'll either dig out a mouse or torment his sister till he's ready for bed. The roommate keeps telling me that I need to stop getting him dog toys just because it does actually look like it's for dogs, but my fur babies still like them. All in all, I recommend them.

I ordered this set of sisal rope cat toys for my son's almost 2 year old kitty. His kitty licks and chew on EVERYTHING. My son was hoping he would grow out of it after his kitten hood, but unfortunately, he hasn't. He has had to cover all the wires and cords in his apartment, plus he has to ban his kitty from playing with many of his toys unless he's being closely supervised.Given my son's kitty's chewing habits, I thought this toy would be purr-fect. However, thus far, he has only been playing with it on occasion. He seems to enjoy it the most when it's dangled from a chair leg, or held in front of him and dangled like a short wand toy. He doesn't go as crazy over this toy as he does with other toys that are laced with catnip.What he seems to like most about this toy is the hanging string with some sort of bead on the end of it. That is the part he will play with the most and chew on the most. Unfortunately, my son and I worry about this becoming a potential choking hazard. My son is thinking about cutting off the string, but since this appears to be his kitty's favorite part of the toy, he is so far just closely supervising his kitty when he plays with it.We are hoping that he plays with this toy more often as time goes on because he really does need some good chew toys.

These are well-made cat sisal toys. My cat will only use sisal for her scratchers too. She played with these but not as much as other toys. But we who own cats know they do what they want when they want. These might be more enjoyed by younger kitties. But for 3 toys the price is just right.

I really like these, they look cute and not overly garish like some cat toys, although that's a very low priority - I'm basically saying I like seeing these around my house, they look generally nicer than most cat toys.But even better, my two cats who are very fair-weather about cat toys LOVE them, so that's an instant win in my book, would recommend.

Perfect set of cat toys! I was able to give each kitty one, and they were all instantly rolling around with them, chewing on the gall fruit. I like that they are all-natural. My kitties did get bored of them rather quickly, but if I initiate playtime with them, it reignites their attraction to them. They are quite large; one of my kitties loves to bunny kick while rolling around with them, so cute!
