Exceptional Quality and Flavor – Worth Every Drop
I’ve tried many extra virgin olive oils over the years, but Blueprint by Bryan Johnson Olive Oil truly stands out. From the moment you open the UV-protected glass bottle, you can tell this is a premium product. The aroma is fresh and vibrant, and the flavor is smooth with a bold, peppery finish that signals its high polyphenol content—over 400 mg/kg! What I appreciate most is the cold-pressed extraction, which preserves the nutrients and antioxidants. It’s become a staple in my kitchen—not just for cooking, but also for drizzling over salads or even taking a spoonful daily for its health benefits. The high oleic acid content and low peroxide value give me confidence in its freshness and quality. Yes, it’s priced higher than standard EVOOs, but the third-party testing, nutrient density, and incredible taste make it a worthwhile investment for anyone serious about their health. Highly recommended for those following keto, paleo, or just looking to upgrade their wellness routine.

Best Cole slaw dressing in the known universe
I make a killer Cole slaw dressing out of copious amounts of Bryan's olive oil plus balsamic vinegar and a bit of stone ground mustard to add bite. I add the dressing to prepackaged Cole slaw from Whole Foods and eat the best tasting salad I've ever had almost every day. The key is to use 2-3x what you think is sufficient of this high quality olive oil and the best balsamic vinegar. The result is sublime.

Not your great grandmother's snake oil
This is overall a great product. You can taste the mildly peppery thickness lining your esophagus for an hour after opening up your hatch and pouring in this opaque cocktail of quality. For the quality, it is a reasonable price. Bryan Johnson is a bit of an obsessive weirdo, but he got his olive oil down. My only concern is that sometimes this product comes from Chile, but the original comes from Spain. Both tasted of the same quality, however. I use it for cooking and dipping; it is good for higher heat and you can notice the higher quality of it, compared to store bought olive oils.

Delicious peppery olive oil.
Delicious if you like quite peppery, bitter (in a good way) EVOO. Apparently all good indications of high polyphenol count which is apparently really good for you!

Great peppery essence of polyphenols.. not too strong. Delicious in salad dressings.
bought this because i needed to know what polyphenol loaded olive oil tastes like. I mostly wanted it for the health benefits. i’ve been taking a small shot every other day and it has that peppery like bite that good polyphenol rich olive oil should have. I’ve also been using it in other ways… putting a little in my hand and rubbing it in my hands with a bit of warm water then massaging it into my skin. on my face and neck and arms. makes a great skin routine. absorbs quickly. and makes my skin feel great. i also rub a little less than a 1/4 teaspoon thoroughly with water and rub and massage it through my hair and scalp. contrary to what you would think my hair does not feel oily at all. i’m not sure if anyone else uses it as a topical on skin and hair but i think everyone should try it. i love the oil but my only issue is its a bit expensive so i cant buy it too often. great olive oil!
