It's very well made. All of the predrilled holes were correctly positioned, they included extra hardware parts, the instructions were more detailed than most, and assembly was very straightforward. Surprisingly It holds 18 pairs of shoes and doesn't take up much floor space. I'm very pleased with it!

My only small complaint is that my knee-high boots don't fit unless I lay them sideways, but all my sneakers, flats, and sandals fit great. The wood feels surprisingly sturdy - no wobbling even when my kids play with the drawers. What I love most is how it transformed my messy entryway into something that actually looks nice. Guests always comment on how sleek it looks! The white finish wipes clean easily, and after 3 months of daily use, it still looks brand new.
