That being said, the Velcro is pretty much useless. After one or two uses the Velcro is full of hay and dirt and doesn't stick anymore. So without the Velcro the horses can cheat and eat out of the top easier. I wish it had heavier duty Velcro. I'm not gonna clean the Velcro out twice a day every day to make it somewhat useful.
