good product, comes in a glass bottle which is great, price not horrible. Just bought it so I haven't felt the effects. Will update once I finish the bottle

Supplements are tough to rate but I hear this is a good brand.

I give one pill daily to my dog. I spent a lot of time looking up the required ratios of omega 3's and 6's that dogs need. Apparently it often degrades when added to dry food so they don't get it that way. And anyway, my dog is an allergic dog and has always had the worst problems with his ears and itching. His ears are constantly itchy and gunky and require daily cleaning. The other itching results in lots of hot spots.After about a month of getting one of these every day, his ears are basically cured. The gunk is gone. I still check his ears weekly, but it seldom requires cleaning out. He hasn't been getting hot spots these days either, but it's hard to know if it's because of these pills or not. He still scratches himself sometimes.On top of the health benefits that he's getting from these, he also thinks they just taste fantastic. They're his morning treat. When I shake the bottle, the sound of the pills clinking around makes him run into the room. He'll do any of his tricks to get it. Then I usually just toss it to him and I can hear him crunch into the capsule. Yummm.I have excema and have been taking these along with the dog. It's our daily treat, though I don't crunch mine ;) They are large, but overall aren't too bad. I have a hard time telling if I'm receiving benefit from them, but I figure it can't hurt. As a human I also get a lot more opportunities for my omega fatty acids in my food, so I'm not sure I really need these. But bottom line, they've made all the difference for my dog!

The media could not be loaded. I know this works because when I first started taking it my face broke out! My body has slowly adjusted to it and I think it's great for people with aging skin or for the winter months when your skin can get extra dry! Highly recommend!
