Awesome Pre-workout. But take care of your kidneys.
I Really love this product. I definitely notice the difference in my workouts and my physical appearance when I use it.I've been using Gaspari products for years, and so far I haven't found much I can complain on.One thing I will say is: BE MINDFUL OF YOUR KIDNEYS! I can't prove this product has a direct link to kidney issues; however, I have abused it in the past and noticed an odd pain/dull sensation in my lower back (near my right kidney). Please follow the recommended use and the recommended on/off cycle folks. I mean this probably comes up with any supplement.Other than that, thumbs up to Gaspari Nutrition. I'm a fan of the blueberry and the pink lemonade flavors.

I couldn't be happier with this workout supplement
I've been using SuperPump Max for the last few years and prior to that, I used SuperPump 250. I use 1-2 scoops a day, 1 on non-workout days, and 2 on workout days. I have increased energy and endurance when working out. I've tested this supplement against days when I've used nothing and consistently, I get the same results. I couldn't be happier with this workout supplement.
