AlfiBono Vacumm Jug Stainless Steel 12 Cup

This item arrived damaged. I know that that can happen to any shipment, but this didn't happen in transit. It was very obvious that the unit was damaged when it was packed for shipment. I don't know if that was during the manufacture process or in the shipping process, but whatever, it thoroughly pissed me off that someone intentionally allowed a damaged product into the stream of commerce.

It works, but it doesn't seem to actually hold 12 cups. Its more like 11. Also, getting the lid on properly has been a learning experience. You really have to play around with it to get it to fit. After a couple of weeks and much creative language, I think I've got it.
