Cheaply made
Product came damaged! Now I have to return and extremely inconvenient being that I’m 1.5 hrs away from the nearest UPS which is how this company requires it to be sent back. It’s impossible to speak with anyone other than the automated assistant.

Nice hamper, but beware of lining
This is a lovely hamper that holds a lot of clothing, doesn't take up too much space, is pleasing to the eye, and seems to be decently well-constructed. However, a major note of caution on the lining: it is held in place by velcro strips that are attached to the woven water hyacinth with hot glue. The velcro strips began to peel away from the woven material the FIRST time I filled the hamper — not great! I am looking into replacing the liner, but it's a bit annoying to have had this happen the first time I used the hamper, especially given its price point.
