It has zero sodium and is 100% pure potassium chloride, making its strength excellent for everyday use at every meal. I found that it actually takes less Nu-Salt than regular table salt to achieve the desired level of 'taste-saltiness' making it a very good buy. In humid conditions the potassium chloride tends to clump a bit, but a quick shake of the container breaks it up and it flows freely again.
