Great for a rub-down and top up of repellent
I always attract biting insects on holiday, but wasn't too keen on the DEET stuff. So I tried these wipes and the Smidge spray. Both worked very well - even with DEET I got bitten, but seemed to certainly suffer less with this brand. The wipes are great if you're out and about. I had mine in hand luggage on the plane out so I could quickly wipe my exposed parts when we landed (I can usually guarantee the mossies are waiting for me at the airport!). Smells nice (much better than the more chemical stuff) and both this and the Smidge spray are easy to apply.

Handy pack, good for travelling
Great pack for walking trips, travelling. They are just like face wipes, just wipe over whichever body parts are exposed. There is no strong odour, and they seemed to work well for me. I was out and about a lot and used these round neck and ankle, and on arms. They are easy to pop into a rucksack and if going abroad not liquid so no problem there. Also good value for money. Would purchase again.

Suitable for small children.
Suitable for use on my grandson who is under a year old. Other smidge products are for 24 months+. It wasn't the reason I bought it but proved invaluable as he otherwise got covered in midge bites as soon as he poked his head out of the tent instantly becoming a polka dot little person!

No more itches!
Fantastic wipes! I use on my pony's ears to keep midges away as she keeps managing to pull her fly mask with ears off! Also great at stopping midges from biting the top of her tail. Really good wipes, easy to use and smell good too. I noticed midges desperately trying to escape when I wiped her ears the other day, they obviously detest the smell! I will certainly keep buying these and highly recommend them.

Much easier than the spray
I always buy the spray as I feel that is better value for money. However, I don't actually feel these are badly priced and I get them on subscribe and save and generally save 15% on the price as well. But the ease of use is much simpler and less messy when camping. You don't want to miss fire and coat your sleeping bags or tent sides in it. The packet fits more comfortably in a bag or pocket to have on hand just incase when walking for the day. I find one wipe is more than sufficient for my arms, lower legs, neck and face. We still get a spray bottle to have as a back up incase we run out of wipes on a trip as often you just don't know if you will always need them alot or not. This year the packet I opened last year were surprisingly to me still moist and usable so that was fantastic. Close them up properly and they will last. I would advise popping open packets in a little zip lock bag as if you are to accidentally sit on them they will leak moisture out. I know, I hot a wet patch and couldn't figure it out for she's 😂!

Worked well
I bought these wipes for my dog. She loves to swim in the pond where we walk, but afterwards she's a midge magnet! I can't bear to see them round her face. I came across these wipes and checked out the reviews. I decided to try them, after all, at this price there's not much to lose. I am pleased to report that, after wiping her face and body, the midges left her alone. I will be buying them again. But please don't forget that to use them on your pets is done at your own risk.

Useful to have in a Scottish summer
Smidge was recommended by a friebd. Tried spray initiallh, but found it difficult to administer all over as recommended. Wipes seem easier abd less messy.
