Unreal!
This bike is awesome! It’s fast, reliable and FUN! I’ve gotten it up to 43 miles an hour. I ride it to work daily (20 miles round trip). The best part is the customer service. The bike had some issues and hiccups when I first got it. I immediately was sent new parts with SO fast. They communicated with me daily to make sure of my satisfaction…there’s no reason to look for another e-bike! It’s well worth the money and this thing looks really cool! I’ve NEVER had better customer service!!

Probably Not Worth The Trouble
I just got mine about two weeks ago and from literally day one there have issues. The rear brake sqeals very loudly every time I engage it and there's some problem with the front brake as well - it just makes a scratching sound constantly. Very annoying. But my mishap today was by far the worst: I was going around 25mph when out of nowhere the back disk brake locked up completely, causing me to fishtail all over my lane almost smashing into the car in front of me and narrowly avoiding being hit by the car behind me. That being said, their customer service is surprisingly good and I'm sure they'll fix it, but is all of this really worth the trouble?

Awesome bike, surprisingly affordable
This bike looks really cool, a lot like a vintage cafe racer. The range is impressive and it has plenty of power for climbing hills. Riding this feels more like a motorcycle than a bicycle. I had it up to 40 mph without really trying. I like it so well I bought another in the orange color.

Good quality. Take off speed is good. Cafe racer style. I was able to get into the limiter to change speed limit
