(Update) I notified the seller of my issue, and they were kind enough to replace the item for me. I gave it some time before fixing my review just to make sure the new item worked correctly. Happy to note this one has had no issues so far. I must have just gotten unlucky with the first one. Good seller support / contact and I appreciate the helpfulness. (Original Post) I initially loved this item. But after about a week and a half it just stopped working. I tried over and over again, trying to charge it and nothing. Not sure if it just won't hold a charge or if something inside it is wrong. Unfortunately, it's unusable like this.

I bought it for my kids; it looks great, fits neatly on the bathroom counter, and helps dispense the right amount of mouthwash for them. The amount can be adjusted to three settings, with the first and smallest setting being 10 ml.

I have these in both bathrooms in the house, and I’ve really enjoyed using them. They make using mouthwash a lot easier and less messy compared to pouring from a bottle every time. The dispenser works well, and the magnetic cups are a nice touch that keeps everything neat and convenient. I also like that they help the bathroom counters look cleaner and more organized.

I've had this product since January and it's worked great until it needed it's second charge in August. Since then, it doesn't always want to work and has become more of a frustration then an convenience. I'm disappointed it barely lasted 8 months and that I'll need to find another one if this one doesn't start working right again. UPDATE 11/9/2025: After leaving this review the company's customer service reached out to me and offered me some options for a replacement and refund. It is some of the best customer service I have received in a while. Im updating my review to 4 stars now.

If you don't have this buy it now!!! Things I like: * Battery life is insanly long. I literally put it out right out of the box without charging it and I still haven't had to charge it. It's been over a month of two people using it twice a day. * It can be used free standing, but also comes with an easy to install wall mount. The wall mount has a stick on 3m kind of option or screws with anchors. I use it free standing and it has never been knocked over with two klutzy people using it. * Comes with two cups that attach magneticly to the top. Again they have never been knocked off and they're not hard to remove (aka just picks right up and the machine doesn't lift up with the cup even when empty. How they achieved such sorcery is beyond me. * You can choose the amount of mouth wash with the press of a button. This is awesome because if someone likes to use a lot and someone wants a little everyone can be happy. *Easy to fill, but doesn't leak. How you can secure it with a half twist and flip it upside down without a gasket and have no leaks is beyond me. Again probably sorcery. * Dust. Again more sorcery. Tell me how everything else in my bathroom has to be wiped down for dust weekly and this doesn't... WTF how? * Easy to clean. All you need to do is dump it out, fill it with water and then remove the water with the cup. I did this when I refilled it and I didn't think it would get it all but the last cup of water had no mouthwash flavor. I know that doesn't sound like much but mint is a hard flavor to get out so it really is. * No accidental discharges. The dispenser will not trigger without the cup. If you lose things easily this could be an issue but you could always just glue a magnet to a shot glass. It was 32 dollars, so it's on the pricey side for lower income individuals. I only say that because it's a luxury not something someone needs. But if you can afford 32 dollars for a want you should definitely get it. ** Picture is of the device at over a month old.

This is such a great little dispenser! The magnetic bottom to line it up and trigger the mouth wash is so satisfying. However, we're on our second one because these things only work for a couple months before they stop. My theory is they're getting clogged with dry mouth wash over time but I can't figure out a way to fix it. I'm not sure we're going to buy it a third time.

Very useful and easy to use! This mouthwash dispenser works great! It looks nice in my bathroom and is easy to set up. I like the different modes and the magnetic cup is very handy. Charging with USB-C is fast. I use it every day and I’m very happy with it!
