bought the v2 pro playstation headset came with everything but wouldn’t pair to my ps5 with the dongle in, tried connecting to my phone with bluetooth and that worked though. Contacted razer support and got hey couldn’t do anything so returning these now

Really good sound and great mic
Best headset I bought and I had ones more expensive only wish the Bluetooth was proper pass through to answer calls during gaming which sadly it doesn't. Very comfortable and great sound and good microphone

Le casque est excellent mais mes oreilles effleurent le fond des oreillettes. À la longue ça chauffe et c est gênant. J ai dû le renvoyer juste à cause de ça malheureusement sinon c était un sans fautes.

I’m very satisfied with the Razer BlackShark V2 headset. It fits comfortably and sits snugly on my head, so I can use it for long gaming sessions without any discomfort. Everything works great and feels high quality. One small thing I noticed is that the maximum volume on PS5 could be a bit louder, but honestly, it doesn’t really bother me. Even with the window open and cars driving by, honking, or people talking outside, I can’t hear any of it while gaming. The noise isolation is really impressive. Overall, these headphones are definitely worth the money. Great sound, great comfort, and great experience.
