Excellent device, support was slow but eventually effective.
I purchased this for my parents, who had upgraded to USB-C phones and yet still had a lighting device, but all could wireless charge. It worked great, briefly, but eventually developed what is assumed to be an electrical fault. Mom contacted support and seriously got a runaround for weeks, where they kept asking for photo and video confirmation she wasn’t using it incorrectly. Amazing (bad). Eventually they did agree to replace the unit. The replacement has worked flawlessly since.

Super Handy for My Work Setup!
I use this in my office and it’s been a game changer. I have two phones for work, and this charger handles them like a pro. The magnetic hold is strong, charging is fast, and it looks sleek on my desk. It keeps everything in one place and reduces clutter, which I love. My only wish is that it tilted—it would be perfect for video calls or checking notifications without picking up the phone. Still, it works great as-is and I’d absolutely buy it again!

However, performance does dip noticeably when charging multiple phones at once. We've placed them in our conference rooms, and both employees and visitors really enjoy using them.

Sturdy build quality, with a premium feel and some decent bonus features
This is a high quality dual Magsafe-compatible charger, and a decent value for the price. There are a couple nifty little bonus features, such as three small lights that illuminate to inform you when a device is present on a particular pad and being charged. The only drawback is that occasionally one of those lights will remain on when the device is removed. Otherwise a strong recommend.

Premium product! Today I was returning a China charger, without a magnetic, I bought this product SWANS OUT WIRELESS CHARGER... THIS charger is really good! Total premium product!

Very fragile
The item works like it should, charges both phones, the base is fairly sturdy, but the prongs are cheap plastic, it only took the second time using it that when I placed the phone on the left charger, the prong broke where it connects to the middle piece, just folded like cheap plastic, regular sized iphone (not pro) was too heavy and broke it. (I tried super gluing it back together and it came undone again).
