Grandson happy, difficult to assemble for child
This completed the collection of Star Wars monsters to date. (As all popular toys, is overpriced.) Assembling Rathtar's appendages is anything but intuitive. READ THE DIRECTIONS. Little letters mark where each appendage is to be inserted. Otherwise, they keep falling off. Dad had to figure out - not something a 5-year old could do. But once past this hurdle, grandson is happy and that is all that matters to me.

Leggy Potato is Cute but Fragile
The rathtar is nicely made and very dramatic looking. The Bala-Tik is a nice quality. I'm overall pretty happy with both. The only problem is that the rathtar's legs come off easily and can be hard to put back on. We've only had it a few weeks but I think we are missing a leg or two. It's a display piece too so it's not being handled roughly. I'm half a mind to glue it together.

Worlds most impossible puzzle
It is impossible to put together. I’m using Loctite to try and keep it together and it’s still falling apart. There are an estimated 3,427,641 arms, none of which lock in the way they are supposed. If by chance the gods smile on you and allow for one arm to click in, it will be immediately knocked out by your attempt to install the next arm. Should you buy this toy for a child, they will hate you by the point you’ve thrown it against the wall a 3rd time.

Careful Purchasing This...
My grandson bought the Rathtar with his own money and has had some fun with it. The body of the monster and the figure are fairly solid. However, the legs keep falling off--even after following the directions for Problem Solving when the legs don't fit in the holes. When he is finished playing with it a lot, I am going to try to glue the legs on. It irks me that toy makers can sell toys that fall apart easily or break right away. Shame on them for putting something like this out for a child who has high expectations.

Horrible
These are a nightmare to put together. The arms don't stay in and pop out. I definitely need to get glue for these things to stay together. I definitely regret buying this. I can't return them because the kids mixed up and lost some of the arms. Yes I bought 3 for my 3 kids.

Son loves it
My 7 year old son loved this. The legs do fall off when being played with but they are easy to get back in so he doesn’t seem to mind. When he is not playing with it, he displays it with his other Star Wars figures in his room. It is one of his favorites.

Tentacles fall out....alot
Tentacles are always falling out and are harder to place back in hole openings. Discourages play.

Disappointed toy
The legs won't stay on, my grandson doesn't really play with it because it's aggravating to keep putting them back in.
