This has been a great unit that recently took halfway across the country on a road trip. i was skeptical at first but liked the way the rear camera mounted and made for relatively easy install. The main camera body is pretty small and not clunky like come of the other cameras I was looking into - this unit barely took up any space on the windshield.I had some time while my partner and I switched back and forth driving to fiddle with the settings and controls on the trip and found the user interface a bit of a challenge at first with the app but after playing with it for a bit while out on out trip things seemed to go much better - we just let the unit do its thing and checked out some of the video in the evenings on a laptop.The 4k video was really clear and smooth despite some of the nastiest potholes on interstate 40, which was nice and some of the video I pulled at night from the SD card from our hotel also looked good. Speaking of which, I found it nice that the package included a free 64G SD card as I totally forgot to order one – luckily it wasn’t needed.Overall I'm very happy – luckily, we weren’t in any accidents, and the unit looked like it would hold up well in the long term - seems like a winner to me.

So far it works really well. I haven't been in an accident yet with it so I haven't pulled any files from it. It is recording and seems to be working. The installation was pretty easy to do. The simplest way is to suction-cup it to the front window and plug the cord into your cigarette lighter. You can also hard-wire it into your car's fuse box if you want to. I tucked the wires behind the car's molding and headliner.It comes with an instruction manual and a 64gb memory card which is a real bonus. The camera will not block your view if you attach it near the rear-view mirror, passengers side. It also comes with back camera. Again it is best if you lead the wire under the carpet or headliner to the rear of the car. The dash cam automatically detects a collision and is suppose to lock in the footage for you. It has 4k recording and a loop function so it writes over the oldest records when the card is full. There is a 2 year warranty. It also has WiFi. You can download an app and connect it to your smartphone so you can directly operate camera functions from your phone and see what videos you have recorded.Every car needs one of these for your protection. Many times the police will not come out to a non-injury accident anymore. It's your word against the other person and when it comes to insurance companies, if they can't tell who is telling the truth, the case will be ruled 50/50 (at least in Calif) and you will have to pay for your own damage (or your insurance company will have to). Get one of these! There are ones less expensive but they do no have the features this has with the two cameras and free memory card and wifi.

This is a great dash camera for your car! The camera and the app are very intuitive to use. The camera has a very crisp and clear image, even when viewed on the tiny screen on the camera. As you can see in the photo, it is very small, so it is easy to put somewhere that doesn't block any of your view. Both cameras have multiple mounting options, and the cable that runs to the rear camera is quite long, so you don't need to worry about it reaching if you have a bigger car. It's definitely been a great addition to my car, and makes me feel very secure. I know that if anything happens, I will have clear footage. Camera has an internal battery, so it can function for a while when the car is off.
