We received our package, the double boxing was in poor condition and had been retaped several times. Once opened the griddle went together fairly easy about 45 minutes and works great. Love it. My only issue was that we had several extra parts that don’t fit or go with this kit. Two sets of drawer rails ( there is no drawer with this unit and 20 pegboard hooks and then two arbiitary brackets. That being said I really like this unit and plan on many days of use

I wasn't happy with this order. The product came damaged in some areas. I tried returning it and Amazon did not send a return box like they said they would, so I therefore am stuck with the grill. I bought for my dad and he was able to fix it up and is now using it. He loves it and is addicted to using it so that the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars. I honestly would never purchase this product again and I don't suggest you do. The other reviews were saying that the product came damaged and I didn't listen and took the chance in buying it when I should have listen and never bought it.

The media could not be loaded. I must say I read the other reviews and was unsure of purchasing this, but after getting it installing it and putting it together and using it three times I definitely had to leave a review. It is so easy to set up and to use. All you need is your propane tank and you’re ready to go nothing misfire nothing was dented or broke. Everything arrived as expected and this supersede in my expectations of Cooking. It is a four burner riddle flat top and we have been getting much enjoyment out of cooking. So far we’ve made steak burgers and shrimp. The only thing we did was season it prior to first.
