Returning as there is no vibration. Have tried everything and followed the instruction but it’s not working. Looks sleek and easy to glide along skin and the hot mode feels really nice and relaxing BUT without the vibration mode functioning, I can only give this product 1 star. Would not recommend.MUST READ!!***EDIT- after posting a question as to hiw to get the vibration to work, a very kind user brought it to my attention that there is an actual smooth plastic lid/cover on the head of the device. Needless to say, I popped the cover off and Bob’s your uncle…VIBRATION! I’m now changing my 1 star to 5 as I absolutely love it! It’s so relaxing and satisfying to use. Thank you again Ozcan, much appreciated advice and my return is now cancelled :-)

I find this handy for getting cream into skin I think its doing good can’t tell just yet don’t used it long enough yet

After seeing a similar product o a TV shopping channel and then reading these reviews I decided give this cheaper version a try and I'm so glad I did.Arriving beautifully packaged and fully charged. I set out on my journey to better and younger looking skin.After removing the cap from the top I choose the first port of treatment set to reduce my fine lines and wrinkles- red light.Used in combination with heat and moving in an upwards and outward direction..the heat felt amazing on my face. This sensation was felt for quite a long time after my treatment which gives me some hope that this is doing something.The blue light kills bacteria under the skin so is supposed to help with spots and breakouts. I don't really sufer with this issue so will perform this treatment two to three times per week.The green light helps with drainage of fluid and closing of pores. I will do this after I have done my red light treatment.The device itself feels nice and seems to be of a good quality.Operation is easy to work and perform.Will update the results in four weeks time. But on first impressions I would definitely recommend 8

So initially this product looks sturdy, all lights work and vibration setting works. Although it doesn't 'feel' like there is any EMS at all only a strong vibration.Using the device: easy to hold and glids well with or without face oils. You do catch the button now and again which changes the setting however this shows more how easy it is to flick between settings. I decided to try both with oil and without starting with the latter. The product has a strong vibration, which does appear to make the skin react causing some redness, all settings feel the same, the red heat setting warms up to a comfortable temperature, vibration feels the same on every setting and has no change when clicking the EMS option. On adding oil to the skin this improves the glidability, however it can cause a flair up of redness in sensitive skin so be warned. I don't see any lift potential in this device at the moment, however will update in a few weeks after I have used the product daily.Thoughts: I do not believe this device has any EMS output as having used devices in the past I am aware of the EMS tingling sensation that comes from using them, this does not compare.For massage this device is worth the price, for light care the device works fine.Would I purchase again: No as the device is not really as advertised.Update: July 30th 2024. My skin is healthier, I don't get as many spots however this product has zero lift and I've now been using it a few months. No difference to wrinkles either.

I used it twice and then broke. Had no more vibration, started to have a weird sound as if the fire alarm goes off.. such a poor quality and waste of money.

I've only had it for a few days and I'm already seeing results. The device is easy to use. It only has one button. Long press is on/off. Short press you cycle through the colours: red/blue/green light. It also gives an electric pulse to the skin. You have to make contact with the skin and the silver electrode on the side of the handle for it to work. Then you just rub it all over your face. I've been doing all colours - although prefer red, all over face and neck a few times a day whilst I sit at my desk in boring meetings and such. In the booklet it says to stroke up the neck, but I've been stroking down from the jaw for lymphatic draining and wow, in 2-3 days my jawline is much more defined. And that little bit of extra fat under the chin is also reduced. Just for this it's 5 out of 5. So far I'm very pleased!

It's supposed to heat up AND vibrate but after the first time I tried it, it never vibrated again.
