It's a little expensive, sure, however this is the first nasal spray to actually do what it says on the box. It's worth the money. 7. Easy to use. Peel off the plastic, remove the safety stuff, cap, shake and spray. 8. I've noticed no side effects other than being able to breath so fully now I must relearn how to function with such access to oxygen.

I was having nasal issues and bought like 10 different kinds of nasal spray. I wasn't sure about this one at first, but then used it and I've bought it a few times since. It really opens up my sinuses and allows me to breathe. Definitely recommend.

We bought this spray as a preventative for colds, sinus infections, etc. since germs enter through the nose. We use it before we go to groups and when we come home. It has a mild smell but not objectionable. It is iodine in a solution. it does not sting or have any sensation. So far we are staying well and that's the purpose of it. I gave some to my grown kids and grandkids.

This stuff works great for my allergies.

I use this when on long plane flights overseas when you don't want to get sick on vacation. Between little sleep and being cramped on a plane, I feel this helps fight off colds when your body is run down. I also use it after hanging out in a large group, especially if you notice someone is ill. Also seems to help minimize how sick I get if I catch something from my spouse.
