Damascus Knife Set, Japanese Super Steel 3 PCS Damascus High Carbon Professional Ultra-Sharp Kitchen Chef Knife Set with G10 Handle Gift Box

My set arrived extremely quick, was really surprised. No dents, no signs of rust and a perfect blade line ( no irregularities). I had shaperpened my old knives as best i could even with a 8000 grit stone the day before i got the new set to test. I used chicken breast and ribeye to test all the knives, old and new. Old knives couldnt even start cutting the chicken without putting a little pressure let alone cut a thin piece, the new set you cant even feel when its starting to cut ( wich is good )and i managed to cut a 2mm thic slice from start to end of raw chicken breast in 1 go with no shredding, for me thats sharp. The same process was done to the ribeye and same results, super thin clean cuts and no shredding. Tested aswell chopping garlic and salsa and noted that it was much much easier and quick compared to my old knives. The new set feels good in the hand, bit heavier, but its good cause makes you have more control while your cuting. The size is as advertized and have a nice design. I tried to look if they were fake damascus set and honestly couldnt find anything that says otherwise. If they are fake, only time wil tell to see how long the blade will last untill it needs resharpening. In my opinion, this set is really good value for the money since in normal household kitchen you only need 3 knives and those are it. A little trick i learned to keep them even further away from getting rusty is to wash them and dry them properly after use and apply a layer of Olive oil on the blade ( old japanese technique ). Definitely would recomend.

Fantastic quality. Great value for money compared to the competitors and the material used is of great quality too so no complaints there. They look beautiful and each has its own individual features as the Damascus pattern which is like a fingerprint thus making each knife unique. Came out of the box razor sharp and in clever packaging so as not to injure you. A lovely gift. It has the perfect balance and weight so makes for easy cutting into anything that may have been a challenge for other knives. With the right methods you’ll be speed cutting like a pro in no time. Just be careful as like I said. Come razor sharp out the box! Will buy more specialist ones.

My first venture into Damascus knives as I have a collection of Gustav's and Henkel's. Suitable impressed, the hold a good edge, are comfortable to use and sharpen well with a diamond steel, razor sharp if you use sharpening stones. Happy customer

Be aware that these are super sharp and you really do need to take care when using them. Don;t get me wrong, I bought them as a really good set on knives that are well made and excellent to use but I was not prepared for just how sharp they are! Lets just say that they actually scared me after I barely touched my finger against one of the blades and took a good slice out of my finger. I cannot fault the craftmanship, presentation and their quality but these are not for the fainthearted!

These things are as sharp as razors! You can actually shave with these right out of the box. They have a bit more weight to them, than I was expecting, but then again they are created with a lot of steel. They do look and feel like quality knives. Something to show off in your kitchen. They cut through everything cleanly and easily. They are dishwasher safe too.

These knives are amazingly sharp, I have used them almost every day since my wife bought me them for Christmas. Buy them and you will not be disappointed, just count your fingers after you have used them 🤣👍

The knives are well made and well balanced. The edges are sharp (15 degrees) and I mean it. They easily shave your hand hair if needed. Tomato test passed easily, I believe they will stay with me for a long time. Noże są dobrze wyważone i nieźle leżą w dłoni. Są ostre, naostrzone na 15 stopni, bez problemu golą włosy na rękach. Test pomidora też nie jest problemem. Wyglądają również ładnie Będę używał i testował dalej.
