I’ve used this cake mix many times over the years, and it’s our family’s favorite boxed lemon cake. It’s our go-to for birthdays and special occasions. The only thing I change is substituting half lemon juice for half of the water when I want a stronger, tangier lemon flavor. When I make cupcakes or small loaf cakes in my toaster oven, I lower the temperature by 25 degrees and reduce the baking time by about 5 minutes. They come out thoroughly cooked and very soft. It’s been consistent for us, and I keep buying it because it’s a moist cake mix that tastes great. This was my first time purchasing it from Amazon because Walmart was out of stock. I had no issues with my order or delivery, it was a good value for the money, and it saved me the time and effort of making another trip to the store. I’ll probably order my cake mixes from Amazon more often.

Delicious! Great deal on this cake mix. Very moist and this time I added a can of mandarin oranges and used their juice instead of water. It was so good. This flavor is compatible with just about any fruit.

Makes a great “carrot” cake. Easy to make but only four stars as it’s hard to discern there are actual carrots. I ordered two so next time I’ll grate some raw carrots into the mix and it will be lovely!

I love Betty Crocker items. I’ll never use anything other than Betty Crocker and as it’s really handmade it’s very delicious and I add nuts and carrots to mine. Very good product.

The ake MI was very moist and tasted real good, but the problem is, is that I ordered 2 boxes of cake mix and only received 1 box!! That was very disappointing!!!

A great product that I can't buy in the shops near me. Lovely taste and texture and very easy to follow the instructions. I make it into carrot cake muffins, leave a day and they are so good and increase in moistness. Top with the cream cheese frosting.
