This is a fantastic item. I take one every night and it’s not let me down. I don’t have leg cramps and I’m sleeping up to 7hrs, which I haven’t done in a long time! They are capsules, but easy to swallow. Buy with confidence. 5 stars and well deserved.

Having read a bit more of this brand it seems promising, but I'm not familiar with it and this is the first supplement I use from this store. These magnesium glycinate tablets are easy to swallow, making them hassle-free to incorporate into my daily routine. They have a smooth texture and manageable size and found them easy to go down effortlessly with a glass of water. The tub has 120 capsules which is an excellent value for money and I've found that it works just as effectively as my other magnesium supplements

I'm all about getting the right version of my daily Magnesium dose, which should preferably be made in the EU as our standards here are higher, and more supervised. I'm not claiming that a product made outside EU is bad, but reading that it was made in India, and despite a healthcare company the one allegedly making it, I still have my doubts of its quality. Although seller claims that this product is made up to standards and doesn't include this and that, all that is on their site and not actually on the bottle! For me it isn't a product I'd be taking unless I run out of my usual stock. I decided to explore outside my typical supplements supply, but with so many brands appearing on the scene nowadays, it's getting harder to find one that ticks all the boxes. This might be good for you, but it's not working out for me.

I've taken one capsule a night for some time - they are easy to swallow and seem to aid my sleep. Relatively good price.
