Excellent, affordable price
100 Miles Later, Thoughts– I feel healthier, I look better, I've burned off some of my too-much-screentime pudge, I have finally grown a fat butt (in the good way). I started real slow, short bursts, going only until I started huffing/puffing. First time: level 1, 8 mph, made it 0.3 miles. [Yeah, I know, don't shame me.] I have physical disabilities: I cannot bike, run, swim, jump. This is the only repetitive-motion workout (machine) that does not cause me harm. Careful never to push myself: because if I got hurt using it, I know I would stop using it, for months. Slowly stepped myself up to faster/longer. By one month: level 1, 12 mph, nearly a mile. Now: level 2, 15 mph, 2 miles. [Hey, for someone who has been derelict for 12+ years... Don't judge me.] I use it at least twice a week, before I take a shower, having made it part of my routine. [Or if I am passing by and want to power through a quick mile, if I'm feeling like a fatty.] This elliptical has a shorter ‘gait’ than others, looks a little odd. Consider: power walking looks silly, yet it works well, which is why people do it: same concept. Shift your weight slightly and use completely different muscles. If getting tired: twist instead at your knees, thighs, hips, waist, shoulders: work more of yourself, differently. Push/pull with your arms instead to relieve some pressure from the legs. An all-around decent workout. I did not need the Bluetooth-enabled display. I care only about how far I get at what speed, and don't need my phone judging me. [Or any insurance companies buying/selling my exercise progress.] Should you care about such things, or if you require an external source judging you: spend the extra money to track your progress. The motion is smooth, but occasionally the back-end starts getting a little ‘grindy’ in tone, but that usually passes. I thought I was going to have to grease the gears, so to speak, when it started sounding worse for a few sessions, but that went away of a sudden one day and hasn't returned. The right handle clicks a bit if I grip the top-half, but again only intermittently. [A crack inside the handle, mayhap? Squeeze it just wrong and it can be heard.] Overall, this elliptical is not silent, but also not loud. Starting out from stagnancy is difficult/discouraging, but worth it, if you keep it up. Make it a part of your routine, do not push yourself too hard, and do not deviate (more than one skip-day here and not-often there). Run yourself a little less hard/long if you don't feel up to it, but do not quit. Quitters only grow fatter assess (in the bad way). For your health: here is a good, affordable, reliable choice.

simple machine for daily workout, no bells and whistles but gets the job done
Gives me a good workout everyday and I like that I can adjust the tension. I am 5'9" and had some issues knocking my knees on the handles for the first two weeks but now must be used to the machine since that no longer happens. Agree with other reviews that the assembly is annoying and tricky. Took me 3-4 hours by myself but the instructions are clear enough and the pieces well-labeled. I just took some breaks when I got frustrated before continuing. I haven't hooked up to the software or used the pulse monitor. The built-in screen doesn't always reset for me like it's supposed to so I just use my phone to keep track of my time. It's not a very intuitive program and the manual wasn't super helpful. I bought a mat for underneath the machine since it would likely shift on my hardwood floor otherwise. Machine was quiet when I first started but after about 45 days, there's now a persistent noise with the movement--can't figure out what I need to tighten to quiet it. Overall, well-worth the price and suits my needs for a daily exercise machine without any bells and whistles.

Smooth, Quiet, and Easy to Set Up — Perfect for Staying Active at Home
I purchased this elliptical while I was pregnant because I wanted a low-impact way to keep myself moving, and I still use it regularly. The overall quality really impressed me right out of the box—it feels sturdy, well built, and stable during use. I especially appreciate how smooth and quiet it is, which makes it easy to fit workouts in without disturbing anyone else in the house. Assembly was much easier than I expected. I’m not someone who enjoys putting things together, but the instructions were clear and straightforward, and the partially pre-assembled frame made the process manageable to do on my own. It felt well thought out from a setup perspective. The resistance levels offer a nice range, and the motion feels gentle on the joints while still giving a good full-body workout. I like having the digital monitor to track my time and distance, and the built-in device holder is a nice convenience for following along with workouts or just staying entertained. Overall, this elliptical has been a great addition to my home setup. It’s quiet, functional, easy to assemble, and feels like a solid value for the price. I’m very happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable, low-impact option for at-home exercise.

I got this yesterday and only have on session in, so I can't really rate this on longevity, but so far, so good! It's much sturdier than expected given the cheap price. You do get what you paid for, do not expect anything gym quality, but it does the trick for me. It doesn't take much space, it doesn't make any sound, it took a couple of hours to assemble by myself. I'm used to assembling and doing things on my own, so that helped, as well as one particular review I have read about that particular step in the assembly which was supposed to be a pain. Here is the tip (it really should be mentioned in the instructions), maybe it could help you too! It was not the easiest step (hooking the tension cable), but if you loosen the bolt and the C-shaped clamp, it helps a lot! You just have to retighten them after. It's not hard in a sense that it doesn't take strength, but it's a bit tricky.
