Good product, great after sales service
I have been using their light for the past 6 months. Although the light had stopped working in 5 months but because of their great after sales service, they have fixed the light. Now it is working fine. Thanks to Siddharth for that, really appreciate his support.Only complaint I have is I had to courier the light on my own as there was no pickup service provided from their end.

Well it was delivered in good condition, and it took me only 5 mins to install it.I wasn't expecting this thing to be good enough but it really is...It has been few months and it is running smoothly...👍👍👍

Price is charged premium, but quality doesn't justify it
Received this light with plastic cover popping out. Had to exchange. Subtle nuances are not taken care of in finishing. Example, in both of my pieces the wall clamp is misaligned. If you bolt the clamp straight, your light will stay bent. Wooden linings on the round part are not in sync with the lighting arm. Driver used is unbranded Chinese item.In short they charged for a premium product but deliver a local unbranded second class product. The amount is not at all justified even if you consider the costs involved in fabrication, led strip and driver.

Damaged piece delivered and there was no way to get it replaced
The media could not be loaded. We had not opened the box until our electrician arrived. When he did and opened the box, one of the piece was broken.Didn't expect such a pathetic product after paying a premium amount
