The media could not be loaded. Looks really nice in our static caravan. Gives a lovely cosy warm glow when flame is lit with added bonus of the crackling sound of the logs, which you don't have to have on. Gives out a good amount of heat & is really quiet compared to some electric fires. Ordered late Wednesday afternoon, arrived Friday morning. Measurements for cutting hole out of wall for it to fit were spot on...so follow the instructions & you will get it right.

Although can be just used as flame and sound effect also . Has the sound effects of a real crackling fire but you need to keep that on 1or 2 so it doesn’t get loud over your tv. Definitely worth the money . Remote control easy to use and set up. Added bonus is you can attach a mood light around it . This can be obtained for £30 from the company direct . This is the white small wire on the front right hand side of. Also to turn on you pull down the Fri t grid and buttons are on the right hand side. Well hidden so took me a while to find them.A purchase you will be pleased with I guarantee .

We love it. It looks great ( even the burning logs crackling is clever although we don't really use it ) and heats our sizeable room well as a boost to the central heating. Lovely flame effect with 4 different levels of brightness. A word about the seller - fantastic.

The media could not be loaded. I've been looking at a few fires. I decided to choose this one. The flame effect is brilliant. It has an optional crackling effect. I built my own surround which was much cheaper and easier for the fire to fit in where I wanted it. Overall service was excellent from buyer.

Bought this fire as it was only one could find the correct size looks good fitted..however I never fitted for few months due to renovations after trying out fire once or twice the fan heater has stoped working thought it was the thermostatic cut off but no tried everything to get it working for heat..so now just an immatation glowing flame I can use abit usless very dissapointed..
