I have been using the Qubo DashCam Pro 4K Dual Channel dash camera for the last 2 months. This is an outstanding product. The 4K UHD front camera with 140 degree view covers the entire dashboard from let to right with high clarity even on night drives. During day driving, there may be a bit of a glare from the dashboard reflecting off your windscreen that can be minimised by adjusting the mounting angle. It is mounted just behind my IRVM, and does not obstruct my vision. The FHD rear camera also captures vivid images, and is in the mirror image like what you see in your rear view mirror. The QuboPro app is very easy to use and enables all settings of the dash cam. It captures emergency events based on the sensitiveness setting. High sensitivity will capture events when you go over a speed breaker fast. You may better keep it at medium sensitivity or lower. I have recently purchased the hardwire kit separately for this (remember that this needs a mini-USB charging port) and have enabled parking sensor. One thing missing in the manual is that the dash cam announces that it is entering parking mode when the wiring is done correct and car is parked. The only issues I had with this so far is that the front camera is mounted using a suction cup which may become loose when the car is parked in the sun for a while, and if you are driving long on a hot day with the sun falling directly on the camera, it may become hot and shutdown with an announcement. Overall, I am extremely happy with this product and highly recommend it.

Bought this in September 2025. By November end it stopped working. The Dashcam gets stuck and all I see is just Qubo written on it. When I opened a tkt with customer support , it took them 3 days to even call back to check what the issue was. When I again explained what the issue was they said the connector cable is faulty and that’s the reason for it not to work. They failed to send me a technician for this and said it’s chargeable even if the product is on warranty. It took me another 48 hours to convince them to send someone for free as i kept telling them the product is on warranty. Just wanted to highlight how poor their service is and how uncooperative they are with the customer. Now the technician came to the doorstep and confirmed that their product is faulty after updating the software. Now it’s been 5 days and I have not received any calls from Qubo and when I get on call I’m made to be on hold and the call gets disconnected. Now I’ve asked for a refund of money which has also been rejected. I have asked for a refund of the product money and also the installation charges that they have taken to install a faulty product. I’m not getting either and also not a reason for not refunding so that I can approach consumer court. Please do not waste your hard earned money on such essential products.

This product seems to be quite good, and I haven't experienced any issues with it so far.

Low video quality

Nice product, Good Clear picture quality. Easy to setup. Super helpful installer. Only small issue of connectivity while using with Iphone App, rest everything is good.

This is the worst product I have ever purchased. It get hot rapidly and sutdown again and again and also does not record video during play back. App is not user friendly and have limited options. Doesn't support multi window in mobile and Tab, grafics option on app overlap each other.

The installation process was very smooth and faster , it was done by mr faiyaz. Started the product using now, So far so good untill now, must buy product for every vehicle

I recently purchased this dash cam and while the product quality itself is quite good, I’m seriously disappointed with the overall experience. One of the main highlighted features of this model is parking monitoring, which cannot be used without a hard-wiring kit. Unfortunately, the company does not provide the hard-wiring kit in the package, nor is it available on Amazon or even on their official website. What makes the situation even more frustrating is that offline retailers are selling the same product with the hard-wiring kit included. It feels unfair and misleading that online buyers are not given the same package or proper access to a necessary accessory. Overall, I feel let down and somewhat betrayed. A good product, but the lack of transparency and support has ruined the experience. I hope the company addresses this issue and makes the hard-wiring kit easily accessible for all customers. Go for the cheaper one without parking monitoring.
