It works as described so far.
This is not the first cheap Chinese PWM charge controller I have bought. It's replacing one of two I bought about 4 years ago wired to a 100W panel keeping the batteries in my camper charged. The other one is still working. If it lasts 4 years like the last one it was worth it. I had one in another application fail in a matter of months. The more expensive ones don't get much better reviews and the really expensive ones aren't worth the money for this application. I have taken several apart when they fail and the circuit boards all look similar. If it keeps the battery charged and has protection from overcharging for $10, the only issue is how long it will last. Fingers crossed this is a good one.

A good design but don't expect long life.
It is very easy to install, the two usb ports are nice and it did an adequate job of controlling my 50 watt panel. However, it quit working after 6 months. For a $10 charger, I can't say I expected anything more.

Working good.
Bought this for my dump trailer solar panel. It keeps the battery charged anywhere without damaging my battery or panel. It tells you what it is doing at any given time. Took about 30 mins to mount and wire. Highly recommend for any small solar setup.

Cheap Chinese JUNK, as usual!
Worked for a few months, then started overcharging my battery drastically. If you have one or are buying one, keep a CLOSE eye on the output voltage - I caught mine charging at 20+ volts

I like the design and especially accessibility of the 2 USB ports, but unfortunately it just charges my battery very poorly.
