An excellent toy.
I was pleasantly surprised with this toy. My nearly 7-year-old grandson showed an interest in my (ancient) real bow. I told him I'd get him his own. He loves it! I think it's well thought out with a rest behind the bow to steady the arrows, along with a hole on the bow through which the arrows are loaded, making it easier for little ones to shoot. The light up feature on the bows and their appearance make them seem modern and high tech. Though made of plastic and certainly breakable, unless you step on the bow or littles bash things with it, I'm sure it'll hold up. I also think you get a lot for your money: 14 arrows, two bows, and a target with a stand. And yes, I like shooting it too.

Kids loved it
My four and six-year-old nephew absolutely loved this toy! I had to teach them how to use it of course and they picked it up within a week and can shoot better than me now

Excellent toy ๐งธ
My 3-year-old son took to this archery set right awayโhe loves practicing his aim with the suction cup arrows, and itโs a relief to see theyโre completely safe and donโt damage walls or furniture. I was also pleasantly surprised by the overall build quality. Even though itโs a toy, it feels sturdy and holds up well under the wear and tear of daily play. Arrows also are safe on glass!!! Whatโs even better is that my 7-year-old daughter can join in on the fun too. She enjoys setting up little competitions and target practice sessions, which makes it a great toy for siblings to share. Assembly was straightforward, and the bow is fairly accurate for a kidsโ set. If youโre looking for an engaging, well-made archery toy that works for a wide range of ages, this one definitely fits the bill!

I think I had more fun than the kids
I purchased this archery set for my granddaughters who are 6, 8 and 10 years old. When it got here, there were no directions but you can see on the box how it is set up. Very easy! When I set it up, though, I thought it was going to be flimsy and cheaply made. I was wrong. It is very sturdy. Then I get the arrows out and the tips (suction cups) look cheap. Well to my surprise, they were pretty strong and they work great on the board! I got the 2 bows and the part that goes with them and they were SO EASY to put together. This was a piece of cake compared to what I thought was going to happen. The suction cups have to be put on the arrows so I did that. AND THEN!!! I had to do a practice shoot. The way the arrows go into the bow is way cool. There is already a hole you put the arrow through to make it easier to shoot. And it rests on a little lever. It has the slit in the arrow that goes into the rubbery band part (which is thick and works GREAT also). I pull back and KABLAM!!! Sticks every time! I was so excited and it made me happy. It was like a shot of serotonin! I showed my 10 year old granddaughter how to shoot it. She tried it once and said, "Nope. I'm good." I showed my 8 year old granddaughter. She tried it once and said, "Uhh no thank you." Here comes my sweet little mini me 6 year old granddaughter. She couldn't get to it fast enough. I showed her once, she picked that bow and arrow up and shot and WHEEEEEEEE!!! There it goes!! It didn't hit the board and she screamed like a little girl. But it flew FAR!! I said, "Byrd, go pick up the arrow and do it again. And don't scream so loud. You'll bend the arrows." She gets the arrow, puts it in the bow. Ready. Aim. FIRE!!! HIT THE BULLSEYE!!!! I couldn't believe it!! SHE starts doing this football touchdown dance! It was the funniest thing I ever saw! So Byrd and I ended up playing with this archery set for a good 40 minutes. I think I sweated 10 pounds off. I know that's gross and too much 411 but it just goes to show how determined we were and how fun it was. It was 104 degrees here that day. (California. Ew) I kept it at my house. It's been a week now and I use that bow and arrow every day after work. Whether they are here or not. lol *The ONLY 2 downsides: The arrows easily bend. If you don't straighten them out, they will not fly straight. I think it's a bit too expensive. I would have happily paid $20 bucks for this but almost $30 is too much. Other than that, it's great fun! For Byrd and I, anyway =)

Huge Hit with the Kids
I bought this 2-pack kids bow and arrow set for my nieces for Christmas, and it was easily one of the biggest hits of the night. They opened it and immediately started playingโand honestly didnโt stop for hours. The sets were perfect since there were two of them, so no fighting and lots of friendly competition. The bows were easy for them to use, the arrows stuck well, and everything felt safe and age-appropriate. It kept them entertained way longer than most toys, which is always a win. If youโre looking for a fun gift that kids will actually play with, this is a great choice.

Fun toy for 4&6 y/o
My kids are loving this toy set. The batteries and light are a little pointless in function but the kids love the play functionality of the toy itself and their practice of the shooting. They stick great and are fairly well built. The target unfortunately is not great in stability and broke after 24 hours. Plastic and material could be stronger, which means value is not as high for cost.

Great Fun Gift!
We bought this as a gift for a 9 year old only male child and it was a hit from the moment he opened the box! What a nice surprise to see how sturdy and "grown up" looking these bows and arrows are! The target will work better with a sand bag or landscape pins to hold it upright. He played all weekend on his mountain deck and his Dad and my husband took turns with him. They ended up putting the target in an inside window and shooting at the outside. We all had great fun. Looks like it will last for some time since none of the "boys" are particularly gentle. We are more than satisfied with this gift and would highly recommend it for almost anyone under 12 years or either gender.
