Harts Premium Rattan Dining Set, Cube 8 Seats Garden Patio Conservatory Furniture with parasol hole (Grey) inc Rain Cover

Fantastic garden set received in record time, quality great, service excellent. I cannot rate Harts highly enough, traditional customer service received. The furniture itself is robust, built to a good standard, everything as stated, very comfortable and compact. The rain cover supplied is also good quality and very easy to put on and remove. So pleased that I chose a set with chairs with higher backs as this makes them extremely comfortable.

I'd been searching for a while for a garden set like this and after reading some of the other reviews, decided to take a chance. I was not disappointed. Right from the start, Harts have kept in contact and were very accomodating with the delivery dates, calling to check I was still available to receive on the date we'd agreed. Customer service is excellent. The table and chairs arrived yesterday very well packaged and already put together. It had been a little wait from order to delivery but I know now it's because it is a quality product. The table and chairs are very sturdy and the cushions seem well made. The glass top is tempered and has some weight to it. So far so good. Now for some decent weather to enjoy using it and give it a good test run, but until then it will remain well protected under the heavy duty protector cover. I'd say money well spent. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others. Thank you.

The rattan cube set is of high quality I absolutely love it, a beautiful addition to my garden. The set I would give 5 out of 5. The only thing that has let the service down was the delivery, I asked for a morning delivery and having taken the morning off work, expecting to go in for the afternoon, it was only delivered in the afternoon at 2.30pm, meaning I had to take a full day off work. Better communication over delivery is needed.

I am absolutely delighted with our new garden set, it is perfect, comfortable and good quality. Excellent customer service and friendly helpful delivery driver. The table set is securely packaged as one bundle, large & heavy. I opened the box at the front and very easily took the items through the house to the back garden as they were very light. The heaviest part is the glass table top and that too was easy to carry through once. My husband was at work when I received the delivery so just me. Didn’t take long to be sitting on it, see it in it’s glory before the rain started! So was able to use the cover too, excellent quality.

Absolutely loved the furniture, we were so pleased and happy with the rattan cube dining set, it looks great on the decking and used it a lot during the summer. A great buy, lovely quality and a good price to go with it, we even brought the large rattan corner sofa to go with it, even the quality of the covers were excellent. I would definitely recommend and use this seller again. My daughter loved our furniture so much that she is going to purchase some for summer next year.

Now had this furniture for a few months and it's still as good as new but should be for the price! For a mid range quality setI I'm very pleased with it. Looks good and certainly apprears to be well made with no assembly required. I have the feeling it will last a good few years.

Would have been 5 but came with one chair bent, which I straightened, they did offer to send replacement, but I’d payed extra for weekend delivery of item but wanted to send and collect mid week and I’m not about. Also forgot to send rain cover, so they sent separate within 3 days. Pleasent to deal with. Very pleased with build and quality. Cushions very white but seem to be staying clean.
