Early days yet. Have only been taking it for 2 weeks and that’s over Christmas and New Year! No noticeable effects yet but will stick with it. Wish it was less sweet as it is a little bit of a challenge to finish it but I have never liked sweet drinks.

Haven't been using for very long, the only disadvantage is that it's alittle sweet to what I would normally drink

After 7 days it made me violently sick. I contacted the supplier direct but they were unwilling to refund my payment
