For a Mini-PC, this PC really performs as well if not better than some high-end desktops costing MUCH MORE. I love the way that you can select your performance level based on your operational requirements. Easy to upgrade, all components are easily accessible. A GREAT little space saving/workhorse of a PC.

I have some advice after 18 months for the longevity of this product and in easy to say terms it started failing after a year. The ballast on the entire light system went out after about 12 months and about 15 months the cooling fan began squeaking. Now the fan screams and I have talked to service in Japan and they do not understand I would like to purchase the repair parts. They keep asking for a video of a dark mini pc and a bearing shot fan. I have begged then to sell me parts and they quit responding. The lights is no big deal but the fan is nerve wrecking and i have many fans from large pc's I bult but not this size. I am probably going to have to use a larger fan and redesign the cooling process by mounting the fan on the outside, So if you want a disposable 15 month or less mini pc go for it. I am finished with acemagic . 11/3/2025 update: I recently received a e-mail after begging these people to let me purchase repair parts and it basically says our junk is not serviceable because we do not carry parts. Since you purchased it in 2024 we can sell you a new one !!! Never will they sell me anything again because the parts they use are not reliable. When I first purchased it I had to replace the generic drive due to lag, I replaced it with a WD drive and it has been superior. Good luck if you buy one because they use cheap unreliable parts !

Quick little thing, easy to install and connect. So far all I had an issue with the start button and top lights not coming on. Emailed customer service and got a reply quicker than I expected. I really didn't care about the lights and I just had questions they might lead to more issues. But I bought a new ups and had to reinstall everything and everything has worked correctly since. I had checked all the connections but electronics have quirks. I am not using this for any gaming so I can't say anything about how that works. I got this really cause I had to upgrade to windows 11 which I really can't stand and waited as long I could to avoid it. But it is a nice little quick machine with no bloat ware. And I love the simplicity for adding ram and extra storage.

I am impressed with the speed of this little computer. It is faster than my full size HP desktop I purchased just a few years ago. And this mini PC costs less. It is very quiet when you turn the adjustment knob to silent. And the fan is somewhat loud when you run it on performance mode. But not enough to bother me. The lights a bit "showy", but they are also kinda neat. My kids love them. There is only one USB-C port, I wish it had more. It runs on a 19v laptop power supply, which is great if you want to run this mobile or make a battery backup system for it. The side cover is magnetic so it's very easy to get in there if you want to upgrade the RAM or add an additional hard drive. BTW It got much faster after I installed all the Windows 11 updates.

Seems to function well, but these crazy LED lights on the housing are a big flaw. They used to be only on when the PC was on. Now they are partially dim AND they stay lit up when the PC is off. It's very annoying when my kids are scared of the creepy light at night and there is no way to shut it off. Makes me question the reliability of the rest of the PC

Cute compact pc that I've had for a few months and is doing great so far handling my games but a couple of weeks after i got it the lights on the top of it don't work anymore just the lights on the side and soon after that the power button started struggling to work. I have to press it multiple times most times I turn it on but right before writing this, it took a good minute or two for it to turn on and I almost gave up on it. Probably a fixable issue i could do myself seeing as this was meant to be a temporary pc so i could learn to build my own. I guess its a good time to learn now lol.

Customer service was quick and effective to resolve the issues. These mini PC's really do the job I got them for well.

The 2 laptop fans in this computer produce an echo (due to the plastic enclosure) you can hear it from the moment the computer is turned on til you turn it off. I have several full size desktops that are very quiet, you have to look to make sure they are on or off. It will do games but mostly older versions, and not graphics intensive, mostly basic games, and the fans will ramp up pretty loud during playtime. The shape of the enclosure is awkward, like a pyramid so you can only place it in one position, and need to make sure none of the sides are too close to a wall or something that could obstruct the ventilation flow. After contacting the manufacturer for warranty information, they referred me back to Amazon, what give! This one is going back, since I can't get the information I need and there is no telling if the manufacturer will stand by this product. It takes 30 + days to get refunded.
