This melter is really great for my small business. It has made everything so much easier. The accuracy is incredibly surprising. The first time I used it, it did not heat up all the way. I was a bit disappointed but decided to give it a second try. Not sure what changed or if it just had stage fright, but it works perfectly now. I checked the temperature accuracy with both a traditional thermometer and a digital one. It was only a couple degrees off. Very impressed.If you want to switch it from Celsius to Fahrenheit, just hold down the + & - buttons together for a couple of seconds, and you are good to go. 10/10. I highly recommend it for the price.

I really wanted this to work, but the unit was defective out of the box. When first plugged in, the screen flashed and then went black. Occasionally I could get it to turn on, but the temperature controls were inconsistent or unresponsive. It took me over 3.5 hours to attempt a small candle batch, and I still couldn’t finish because the melter stopped working entirely.With a craft fair coming up this weekend, I now have to scramble and try to make my candles on the stove. Disappointing experience.

I ordered this wax melter and it had issues, it didnt work correctly, it was damaged. I reach out to John from customer support and the service was AMAZING. He was super kind and sent me a new one for free without hesitation. Now that i have one that works correctly i love it. Its an amazing wax melter and works perfectly, they have gained a customer for LIFE.

This is awesome just st what I needed. This a good buy. I use it for candle making, soap making, my oils, my body butters, my body wash just don't use the heat resistant part for that I use it for the nozzle when needing to pour my oils, and body wash. Less mess and clean up is a breeze. This is a multifunctional device. Just follow the instructions on how to clean the inside. I just wipe the inside out with paper towels then spray with alcohol to get the rest of the residue off, oh yeah before I spray it with alcohol I run a little hot water and open the nozzle the clean it as well. Let the water run through the close the nozzle. Spray the inside with alcohol per instructions from the manual. I will be buy at least 2 more of these items so I can make multiple products instead of waiting for me to finish one product the have to clean before I start my other product. Btw I know some people like this item, they don't like that you can't set it to Fahrenheit. 60 Celsius is the same as 140 Fahrenheit. I googled it 🤣 🤣 I hope that helps. Other than that it's a good item to have. For us one person team. I recommend this item.

When I finally did, the unit wouldn’t stay on, and I thought I was stuck with a defective product and no refund.UPDATE: I reached out directly to the company, and they were quick to respond. They sent me a replacement sticker for the side of the machine, and surprisingly, that solved the issue! The machine now works much better. Great customer service and fast support. It would be great if this fix was made more obvious earlier, but overall I’m much happier with the product now.

I recommend placing the pot so that the spout is over your sink, if possible, there will be a few residual drips after turning it off and that makes clean up easier. There is only a small amount of wax left at the bottom that will need to be poured out, the spout can't really be placed any lower to avoid this, so even though that has been a review complaint, I don't think it's design flaw. The only drawback, watch your temperature closely, there are heat settings, however, it gets hotter than what it is set for. As long as you are prepared and have your thermometer close by, this isn't really an issue. But, definitely not a set it and forget it option, ha! Lastly, it is very easy to clean, just wipe it out while it's still warm and it looks brand new!

I have had this for 7 months and it is not heating correctly. The temperature on the unit shows 100 degrees Celsius and wax temperature is only 150 Fahrenheit, temped wax with both calibrated digital thermometer and a candy thermometer. Don’t waist your money on this unit.

I wanted to like it but despite being easy to use, the temperature regulation on mind did not work- got way too hot, more than the range it has, and more than what I set- ruining my candles and creating sinkholes. I was able to use a real thermometer to see how off base it was and see why ii was seeing the wax burn off and smoke. Also, the design at the bottom isn't conducive to getting as much out as possible bc you can't even tilt it to get the remnants out so there's contamination from one batch to the next.
