It's loud but great! It blows cool air and I have literally used this as my air conditioning in my kitchen when cooking. And it is loud if you think you can take it to a quiet doctor's office lol... forget that, but still take it and just know it's loud like a blow dryer I say. But it works so good. And it's durable because I have accidently dropped it 1. too many times... but it's still working.
