Nice little product, delivered on time as is usual for amazon. Came well packaged in a DrPen box sealed in cellophane plastic, and arrived complete. Box contains a USB power lead and 3 pin plug adapter, the A6 together with a nice little pouch to keep it safe, two rechargeable batteries, one adapter to use with the power lead, and not four but six heads (two more than in the ad!) and easy to follow instructions. The only downside is the item does not come with a reusable box in which to protect all the above. The product is smaller than I expected about the size of a medium sized pen torch in the hand but that makes it easier to use. So far so good. I would recommend the seller for quality of product sold, it looks authentic to me, and speed of delivery.

Loved this pen, made from metal, similar to what the professionals use. Different speeds and depth of needle 0.25 to 2.5mm. Comes with 2 x 12 needle cartridge (ideal for the face). Make sure you apply lots of oil to face so that pen glides gently. Don’t expect an overnight result this is something that needs to be done regular (every 4 weeks) in order to keep the skin looking fresh.

I was nervous, I imagined all sorts of issues. I’m reality it’s is AMAZING! Easy to use, far quicker than using a roller, in my opinion pain free and entirely comfortable! I’m genuinely shocked. I did 1mm and found that full speed was a walk in the park. Usually I’d request a fee to promote like this but I don’t require a cent.

I ordered this in November but have just opened it today and it’s not working without the lead plugged into it .. I need an exchange please . I’ve paid a lot of money and you can’t use this product with the lead plugged into it continuously.

Good product but have not used it yet

So easy to use, I’ve also started using with Embla numbing cream which means I can go at 2.5 depth. Used with glycolic acid and a few other serums. I have done 2 treatments now 5 weeks apart and have seen a great difference already. Will continue to use.
