These bowls are great. My cats never cough anything up since using them them because the bowls bowls ae raised and tilted, allowing them to swallow better. Sounds strange, but they work. Bought for a friend who got a new kitten and she loves them too. Highly recommend them.

UPDATE: the company sent me replacement for the pet dish where the wood split. They contacted me within a couple of days of my review. I was very pleased with the outcome.I bought two sets of these bowls for my cats. The first one went together very easily and I was excited to see how the cats would react to their new bowls. On the 2nd set, as we were putting it together, the wood splintered as I was tightening the screw. Overall I like them, but not happy with the splintered wood.

The bowls are weightless,my cat can getcan get out, I need to look again because it's lots more clean up from the spills TW
