I use it to make protein shakes at work. I add 1 cup of large ice cubes to my shake and this blender does the job quicklyThe lid lock broke after a few uses. Not sure if a replacement lid can be ordered

the bottle cracked after less than a year. i ordered a replacement supposedly to fit my blender, it didnt. No other options since there was only 1 that matched the model number. the motor part works great, but not useful when i cant locate a replacement bottle to fit!

We are on our 2nd one, we use it daily. Great strong motor chops up the ice well and makes smoothies super quick. Rinse and repeat. Love the brand, small footprint on the counter top. Worth the money, we tried cheaper one as we’re super dissatisfied..some iron from the bottom and can make a huge mess, others motors will smoke before your smoothies done..No issues here!

Update: We had this for 2.5 months before it stopped working. Started it up one morning and it made an awful sound and we could smell rubber burning. I contacted Oster directly and I will say their Customer Service is fantastic. Already sending me a replacement (a different model)._____I wish I could give this 4.5 stars, but because I love this product so much, I went with 5.We've had an older version of the MyBlend for probably 10 years and we loved it until it finally gave up the ghost (in the machine). I wanted to try this one, because I trust the brand. It's just as good, but with a stronger motor, so it blends even faster/better. I like that you can now click the bottle into place and use the button on the front to blend as much as you want. The older version would start blending as soon as you secured the bottle.The bottle and blade don't leak and are easy to clean. This is a very lightweight blender. It is also pretty child safe in my opinion.It's exactly what we need, apart from one thing. This thing is LOUD. We have to warn each other when we are about to turn it on so that no-one has a mild heart attack. If you don't mind that, it's a really good product.

Great personal blender. I use it almost every day and it’s still going strong.

Junk it sheared off the propeller 3 times of using it the propeller was very soft and flimsy wouldn't spin anymore threw it away.
