A good mix of electrolytes. Better than other OTC ORS supplements. Also more economical vis-à-vis nutrients per servings. Quality - I have used many other fast n up products and this gotta be the shining star. Mixes well. Taste - Dunno what some people are complaining about. All the flavours are rocking. (Too much masala and meetha have destroyed their taste buds!!) Results - Helped me recover after intense workouts when BCAA, creatine and whey wasn't enough. If you are really searching for a real and genuine review then here you go:- 1.The product effervesce is very slow and the tablet doesn't dissolve completely until you give it a stirr couple of times 2.The taste is good and not so sweet. 3.The rehydration is also worth it similar to the electrol power so it does help in rehydrating you in 3-4 drinks. Seems safe for everyday consumption. 4. The flavors are all ok. As it shouldn't concern you much if you are focused on the rehydration part. 5. I have recieved a stock that was manufactured almost last year has about only 50% time left. So i assume it is an old product they gave me so maybe that's why the effervesce is so bad. But overall the product is good. Worth for money. But maybe if the product rotation is improvised it should be more better. And if everyone is facing the same issue of the tablet not properly dissolving then they should also improve effervesce of the tablet.
