If you’re serious about your golf swing, this training aid is a must have, it’s got so many uses, YouTube has lots of drills using this swing plate, I’d buy the extension pole too, well worth the money, in a word “brilliant”

Best product on the market.
I've purchased this swing plate as a present from my brother as I already have one.The swing plate is a must have training aid for anyone that is looking to improve their golfing game. I've always struggled with my Driver but since using the SP on the range I've really got to grips with the motion of my swing and have taken my handicap from 29 to 18 within 4 months.The product itself is solid and does exactly what it's intended. If you haven't already got them you'll need to purchase the training sticks too but it's well worth it.Dave
