The best teapot I have found so far!
For me this is the best teapot I have found so far. It looks graceful and has smooth lines. Its size is not very large but enough for 2-3 people. It has a very nice and very comfortable wooden handle with delicate silk thread and decorative double fish wrapped around it, and the glass lid also has a wooden handle which insulates well and prevents burns. The handle and pot are screwed together with metal screws, making them very sturdy. The shape of the nozzle has anti-drip properties, making it easy to control when pouring tea without dripping. Glass infusers are very practical and do not accumulate residue like stainless steel. In addition, for some tea leaves that cannot be steeped for a long time, I can take out the infuser together with the tea leaves at the appropriate time, and then pour boiling water into it to brew again after drinking the tea in the pot. This ensures that you get the most perfect tasting tea every time. There are also some usage tips:1. Although it is said that this teapot can be placed on the stove to boil water, I did not do this. Just be sensible and don't put glass on any type of stove, and your teapot will last you a lifetime. This teapot is best used with tea candles, which are both safe and maintain the temperature of your tea.2. When you want to take out the infuser after brewing tea with boiling water without enough cooling time, you need to be particularly careful to prevent burns and damage to the glass infuser.

Nice for simple use
This is a nice teapot for average tea drinkers who don't want anything too fancy or "difficult". Nothing was broken when I took it out of the box, and it came with a small bag of some tea bags, but it doesn't say what kind of tea it is or anything. It's just random tea bags. I've only poured hot water into this tea pot, and based on the build and feel of the tea pot, I wouldn't put it over a direct flame/stove top. The glass also feels a bit thin, and the tea cools down rather quickly. I can see how this tea pot can potentially break in the future though, as it feels somewhat thin and fragile.

Its so cute and sturdy
I needed a tea kettle that was cute and could make lose leaf tea. It came quickly and the details are so cute. I believe it even came with some teas. Would definitely recommend.

Pretty from a distance, not too practical
This teapot with infuser is a nice idea, especially for blooming teas, but there are some flaws for longterm use.I own several Japanese teapots. glass and ceramic, so I have some experience with them. The glass for this teapot is on the thinner side and has obvious blemishes. Not something I want for my own use, but this also means it's potentially not gift-able if the manufacturing/quality control is low. Also, one should never put this kind of teapot on an open flame. This is meant to have already boiled water poured into it.Depending on the mineral content/how hard the water is that you are using, glass will build up residue, but it's easily cleaned if soaked with Oxyclean or white vinegar. The handle is wood with fabric braiding which would be fine if the handle was removable. My teapots that have handles made of material other than glass/ceramic are removable. Because this one is not removable, it means extra care must go into handwashing to not get the handle wet. Plus the attachment is plastic which looks cheap and one side is tight and one side is loose so it will breakdown with normal wear and tear. The teapot comes with some loose leaf black tea included, but there's no indication of what kind of tea it is, where it was sourced, how old it is, etc. Nice idea, but I wouldn't trust random tea like this that isn't clearly packaged and labeled for freshness and identification.Overall, it's serviceable, but too flawed to recommend since I don't see this being a teapot that is crafted for longevity.

Beautiful
Absolutely gorgeous teapot with infuser. This is exactly as it looks in the photo and works well to brew my loose leaf teas. All pieces are easy to wash and clean. The glass infuser looks beautiful and gives this teapot an upscale look. The bamboo styled handle adds accent to the piece.

Very aesthetically pleasing
This is a unique little teapot. It's big enough for a couple of small cups of tea. You can brew right inside the smokey-glass pot with the glass strainer. The handle is what really sets this apart as an exceptional piece. The wood itself is nice. But then it's tightly wrapped with a good-looking glossy cloth material that's almost leather-like. The little dangling fish are really detailed and so CUTE! Totally unique and fun.The box it comes in is very well designed, with nice graphics, making it a great giftable item.

Very pretty
This Japanese style teapot makes for a lovely gift for someone who loves tea. Nothing was broken upon arrival, but I wasn't too happy with the packaging. This could be due to the fact that this was the one time amazon decided not to use excess packaging, and ended up putting this item in with a giant box of cat litter. Although nothing was broken, the box was a but damaged. Ad I plan to give this as a gift, I'm a bit irked. Knowing that these kind of delivery issues might occur, sellers should consider using some kind of seal to ensure the item doesn't look used. That said, this is a nice teapot, and worth the price.
