I am a 65 year old single woman. I ordered this E bike after looking/reading about others. The price was right along with the voltage and specs. The bike arrived in just a few days in excellent condition. I proceeded to assemble the bike following the simple step video as best as I could. There was no instruction book included. I am not used to assembling items. The assembly was easy enough although I did make an error on the handlebars which my daughter caught and corrected. I rode the bike without the battery as the battery needed to charge for 12 hours. I found the bike to be very comfortable and a very smooth ride. I was so pleased. After 12 hours of charging I attached the battery to the bike and took off riding for the first time on an E bike. I found the bike to be very user friendly, lots of power and comfortable to ride. I rode it for about 7 miles. I did get plenty of exercise as my legs were tired when I got home. I only used the assistance in the first level the majority of the time as I wanted the exercise. I used the second level at the end of the ride when I was tired. It went plenty fast for me… about 15mph. I haven’t used it on the higher levels yet but was pleased with the performance at the levels I tried. I hope to continue to be as pleased with the bike as I am right now. The thumb lever for battery assistance is kind of uncomfortable. A cruise option would be nice as my thumb got tired. Also an instruction book would be much easier for assembling the bike along with the 3 minute video. I will post again if issues arise but I’m hoping that there won’t be any. This bike and the price along with the quality are excellent at this point. I recommend this bike.

Ideal. Perfect for people 5' 7" or taller.The bike rides very nimble and balanced for an e-bike. My other 3 all feel heavy on turns, not this one. The motor is stronger than most and it feels like it. Battery charge is better than average. Seems like they spared no expense and I see no cheap shortcuts on this bike. Damn, near perfect at this price level.Note: Replaced the handlebars with a mid rise (5") that angle in a bit. Way more comfortable.

I highly recommend this bike. I’m 6’2” and 185 lbs, so I needed something big and comfortable. I haven’t needed to go past the second power level so far, even in some pretty hilly terrain. Battery seems to last a very long time and the range is great. 10 or 20 mile trips don’t really use much of the battery charge. Assembly was very easy, and they provided the tools. The user manual is very well written. No negatives at all.

So far I have put about 500 miles on this bike and I can say that it's pretty fun to rip around, the bike is fast and tops out around 31 MPH, it accelerates smoothly but sometimes slowly depending on your battery's charge. Speaking of battery id say that the range is pretty great but if your using throttle only expect about 20-35 miles of range before it starts to get sluggish. The costumer support for this bike is pretty good, I had a shifter and kickstand arrive broken when I bought this bike and the manufacturer was able to send me replacements however installing the shifter was quite difficult due to its construction. Overall the build quality of this bike is pretty cheap it certainly is not fancy or well built by any means, however if your looking for that 750w performance for the price of a 500w this bike is a solid choice and I definitely would recommend if your interested in a cheap and fast e-bike. I'm 6'1" and this bike fits me very well and really the only upgrades I'd get for this bike would be a better seat, a rear light, and a better phone holder since mine has broken. Overall I'd say this bike is a 7/10 and would recommend.

This bike is sturdy and very comfortable. I add some accessories and everything is working great.I purchased it in November 2022 and I already put 1006 miles and everything works perfect.I put it together myself, using a torque tool without much experience, and i took to the bike shop for the first time for a tune up on 12/07/2023 and even the break pads were great.Everywhere I go people ask me about the bike. They seem to like it a lot. Me too.

The front forks are literally falling apart after only 12 light rides.Cant recommend as the bike is no longer safe to ride.

I was surprised by the quality and features on this bike given the low price. Sturdy and FAST. You probably won’t need any follow up customer service, but I had a question about one of the settings. Sent an email to E-Bycco and received personal reply immediately. Very impressed!

Parts were broke upon arrival. Battery doesn’t last very long. I get up to 10 miles on a full charge. You hear a scraping from the wheels as they turn. Brakes barely work. Save your money.
