I’ve only been taking for a week and my period was so smooth I barely had any symptoms, no cramps or crazy mood swings. Hasn’t been like this in years. Love this product!

This comes in a bag with a tear-off top. Do so carefully because it doesn't tear off cleanly, and powder does puff out. Next time I think I'm just going to use scissors. The bag is about half full and does not contain a scoop; you use your own teaspoon. If you think you feel a scoop don't go diving for it, it's just a silica pack. There are "about 90" servings. I see no expiration date. UPDATE: There IS an expiration date, it's at the top of the bag. So if you want to see your date check it out before you tear or cut off the top of the bag and throw it away =) There is no scent to the powder, and barely any taste... it's actually more of just a light sweetness than any taste. I like my supplements to say organic, non-GMO, GMP-certified, 3rd-party tested, and Made in USA. This says This says cGMP and 3rd-party tested. The product page says blended in the USA. The product page says manufactured in the USA and GMO free. If you're checking them out online be sure to note that the bond site is .life and not com. I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, but my research seems to support that this can be beneficial for men as well, and the company and product appear to be quality. I have been taking these for months and at first were loving them. I’m not sure what happened but the past few times I’ve gotten them. They come with numerous broken and open capsules all through the bag. It’s a little disappointing.

Started taking these as a supplement and not a necessity. I feel my hormones are more leveled and my mood is overall improved.

I haven’t yet tried the pills, so I can’t speak to efficacy at the moment. However, I would like to share that the current packaging does not keep the capsules in tact. As you can see from the photo, pills will break open and you will be left with a dusty mess and less useable product than stated on the packaging.
