Q: are this Red tiger eye gemstone sure real natural or synthetic ?

These beads are gorgeous natural stone. However Red tiger eye is produced by heat treating regular tiger eye to get the amazing colors, and is only slightly more expensive than regular tiger eye. The blue tiger eye (at least from this seller) appears to be completely untreated and natural (and therefor much more rare), and the price reflects that at almost double the cost of regular tiger eye. No dye or synthetic stuff used at all. I posted pics of the 10mm red and 10mm blue i purchased. Hope that helps.

Q: Will these beads fit onto cording?
