When it arrived all parts (screws, fittings etc.) were in the box (we’ve had problems with missing parts.) It took a little while to put together but once finished it’s great. I haven’t been using it long but it’s easy to pull. Well a little harder in grass going uphill. Tight turns, roomy enough for everything I need to put in it. And sturdy. I’m not much concerned with appearance but it looks good. No scratches etc. It is a bit heavy but that’s expected since it’s considered a heavy duty cart. Previously I used a wheelbarrow from which I’ve gotten 40 years of service. I love my wheelbarrow but my wagon (cart) is now my fav. So glad I purchased it.

I should have paid more attention to the dimensions. The wagon itself seems sturdy and I have used it often hauling dirt to other parts of the yard. Happy with the wagon, just not the size. Was going to give it 4 stars, but it was my fault not nothing the size.

In the spring I broke my arm and had a plate put in, I was given restrictions limited me in what I could get accomplished around the yard picking up from winter, planting, and basic landscaping needs. This wagon replaced my wheelbarrow as I could maneuver it with one arm. I use it all the time now. It’s pretty sturdy and gets the job done. It’s a little smaller than I expected but that’s on me not paying attention to details.Note - I do wish it came with a brake- the hills along my house made it a little tricky, it did escape me a couple times and the neighbors got a good laugh watching me chase it. Yes I turned the wheels as a brake but still…..

Would be nice if it was a little bigger for yard cleanup, but we knew what we were getting. It functions and turns very well. We appreciate the insert that's included for lining cart bottom. Assembly was relatively easy. Be sure to lay out all your parts prior to assembly. We were shorted a few screws, but could make-do with what my mechanic husband has on hand.

Ghosted me in email when I tried asking for a replacement part rather than trying to get a refund. I bought it as a gift for christmas, and while assembling it I noticed that the threading on the front axle was too shallow for the nut you use to secure the wheel. This causes the nut to come loose and slip off during tightening, which also causes the wheel to come loose and fall off. The instructions that came with the cart asked to email them if there was any issue so it can be resolved without doing a refund. I sent an email, photos, and an explanation about the issue. They asked for additional information and photos, which I also sent. I have not heard back from them since and it has been close to 3 weeks now.

It is defective. I accepted a partial refund and kept it because I think I can borrow a tool to ream out the hole to make it work. Subpar craftsmanship & quality control. It did have all the hardware

Easy to assemble. Was a little smaller than expected, but after assembly was just right ! Wanted a bigger one ,but the weight of wagon and load would be to heavy to pull around. Works great for yard work and can also pull with lawnmower or tractor. Is a little under built on material but not a 1 ton wagon !!! Is a great little wagon for the Price and even dumps !!!! Looked for hours comparing wagons ,and couldn't get all the convenient items i wanted into one wagon. Glad I settled for the one and price was great with a 20.00 promotion ! You will be happy with this one !!!

57 yrs old and this thing is awesome sturdy easy to use looks tough and so far has been. Great product the dumper part is a big plus also. Highly recommend.
