5.1 delight
This product gets mixed reviews. First up download the manual, this is essential to make the correct adjustments. Bluetooth works a treat & connects up the surrounds and sub automatically on switching on. I have this connected to an Atmos/DTS-X tv via eARC hdmi which provides 2 way information. The main criticism is that the bass is way to heavy & it is! Crazy heavy! Go to the menu by holding down the >|| button then scroll through the sub menu to the Neural setting & switch it off, this is poorly implemented & gives too much bass, then still in the menu select Bass Boost & switch that off too, that largely deals with the ridiculous bass that comes preset. I also have the bass set low on the handset (bottom left). Other reviewers complain about the rear surround speakers volume being too low, hold down the SURR button for a few seconds and increase the volume to the surrounds till you get the desired balance. The EQ button sets a nice base level when selected to movies on Amazon Prime, when listening to Amazon Music I set the EQ to not surpringly music. These implementations work well. I find the sound quality of the system is excellent. One other criticism some have is a hum from the rear speakers. I have not noticed this, but I have installed ferrite chokes on all 3 power cables just before the box plug ins, I also put a choke on the speaker cable at the entry to the left speaker. Chokes are easy to place & require no technical knowledge. I can't recommend this product highly enough, well worth โฌ210 as it performs well above expectations

Best Budget Dolby Atmos System ๐คฉ
What can i say? For this price, itโs amazing! I can really feel the difference between stereo and the new 5.1.2 atmos, music is so much more punchier and movies are so immersive. I can literally hear sounds behind me and on top of me. Works great with my Apple TV 4K and the super easy to setup and the AI EQ tailors to my needs. What a great budget system. It really sounds amazing and a definite bargain for its pricen

Wow Wow Wow !!!!!
For this price you canโt beat this product, I was blown away not only by the sound but by the careful though that has gone into the design, making it a great experience for the end user. I have done a few questions and answers here based on what I think people want to know, or certainly based on things I wanted to know 1. Is it easy to set up? Yes, I literally removed it from the packaging, plugged each component in and it all paired automatically -and instantly! 2. Can you dim the display? Yes, there is a button on the remote for dimming and even switching the display off completely. Fantastic. 3. Does it save settings? Yes, however you leave it when you switch it off is how it will be set when you switch it on, providing the soundbar isnโt unplugged at any time. 4. Does it have tone controls? Yes, it has various equaliser modes at the touch of a button, and has bass and treble controls on the remote. Fantastic. 5. Can you adjust the level to the rear? Yes, a bit hidden in the instructions but you can press and hold the surround button then increase or decrease the output level to the rear. This is useful to balance them according to distance. 6. Can you adjust sound sync if needed? Yes, itโs in the menu, Iโve not used it but itโs there. Iโve played music and movies and itโs always been synced perfectly so far. 7. Does it look good? Yes, sleek, minimalistic, no fuss, just a clean professional design with minimal branding and a quality finish. 8. Is the sound quality good? No. Itโs fantastic. Seriously. Itโs so good itโs a wonder how a system like this can be priced so competitively. 9. Should I buy one? Yes, go and buy one, there can be only one outcome, and that is total satisfaction.

Astoundingly Brilliant! Butโฆ
Straight out the box I was blown away. I was left smiling in wonder. Wow! Thatโs even before the EQ is setup. Rich, deep, thick, resounding bass. Sound so thick you could cut it with a knife! This is miles better than many speakers that are three times more expensive. In fact last week I returned a Sony that was more expensive with 600W. It was sounding too muddy. This is so soo much better. This Hisense soundbar is Incredibly powerful. Maybe itโs a tad too powerful as music thatโs not well produced might over-modulate (distort) somewhat. Itโs 360 Watts. So it might shake a small flat. I find that if you turn the Bass up to 5 (maximum) depending on what youโre listening to, the bass can lose its composure. But at this price point - we canโt expect too much. I would say the makers should enable the high-end Trebles to go up to 6 or even 8. Because the current top end wonโt overcome the bass when itโs turned to maximum. Mid range sounds are nicely handled. But overall the soundbar with wireless subwoofer is lovely. Small but packs a punch without a bunch of wires everywhere. Set up is EASY. syncing with EARC via HDMi is Easy. The speed of the response from the remote is truly fast. BUT, Hisense really must fix that very annoying sound ident it makes each time the system is powered up or down. That intro orโextroโ sound ident/sig-tune isnโt even soft or subtle. Itโs a foolish gimmick that spoils an otherwise decent speaker.

5 stars despite annoying remote
Great, but be warned it is very bassy and you will need to dial in the surround sound which out of the box put out way too much from the rear speakers, even in a huge room. Absolute bargain, although its hard to imagine turning it even 1/4 of the way up, it has the potential to be incredibly loud! Only downside is the text on the remote isnt visible except in bright light, so youll need to learn the button placement - for the first while its rather annoying having to rush to a light to change anything. For the price and quality definitely still 5 stars, excellent bit of kit.

Genuinely impressed.
Genuinely impressed. We've just downsized our sound system (the Mrs doesn't like amplifier racks or floor standers...). We've been through a few sound bars over the past 6 months to find the right one for us (voice intelligibility for her, large stage with balanced bass for me). This is by far the cheapest system we have tried but easily the best. Easy to set up, voices are clear, stage is big and 3D, bass is sensible (with -5 dB in our large living room). I have no complaints.

Quality sound, budget price.
Bought after extensive research. Still amazed by the quality of the sound, especially Atmos which takes film and tv viewing to another level. Better sound than much more expensive systems. Tweaking sound is easy and fully adjustable on Bass, Treble and rear speakers volume. For price simply canโt be beaten!

Good enough sound for the price, but HDMI fault
Firstly, not entirely convinced that this was a 'new' product, despite being sold by Amazon as such. Box appeared to have several layers of previously cut tape holding it closed, batteries were already in the remote control, and the tape holding the speakers bags wasn't stuck down properly and had dirt / dust stuck to it. Either Hisense really skimp on the packaging or a used one found its way to me? Regardless, set it up which was quick and easy, speakers already paired to soundbar. Sound certainly good enough for the price, although not as mind blowing as reviews suggested, and a bit bass light despite the solid feeling subwoofer. Was happy enough with it until I started using the HDMI in on it with an Xbox Series X so I could try out the Dolby Atmos (which doesn't work over ARC so has to be plugged straight into the soundbar. Impressive surround (if a bit weak bass as above), but found that after an hour or so of playing, the video from the Xbox dropped out several times for a second or so each time. Audio carried on uninterrupted, but black screen whenever this happened. I've put in many multi hour gaming sessions on this Xbox, both through my old LG AVR (sadly departed!) and directly plugged into the TV, never seen these drop outs before. Plugged the XBox directly back into the TV to test and played the same game from the same point for a few more hours non-stop with no video drop outs. As this only happened when playing through the soundbar sockets, can only assume fault with the soundbar. Also found it slow to respond to volume up/down on the remote, on one occasion seemingly either getting stuck or lagging and continuing to change volume for a few seconds after I had released the button. For the price, not bad sound and I probably would have gotten used to the remote lag and 'thin' sound, but the video dropout is a deal breaker. Can't get Dolby Atmos without HDMI into the bar, can't accept the image cutting out which that resulted in.
