These triangle lights have great color reproduction and are infinitely configurable! Each triangle has 3 individually addressable LEDs so you can really dial in your color and even make cool gradients. The app is easy enough to use once setup but could use a little bit of work especially when trying to set the number of LEDs. The slider control makes it really hard to dial in exactly 27 LEDs per strip. It also integrates with Home Assistant, but the scenes are not accessible which waters down some of the main appeal from wall lights.As for the installation though, there is nothing joining the panels together so it can be a bit difficult to align. I like mine to be gapless and not show any wires. This required me to tape the backside of the triangles together, but even then, it wasn't perfect. The cables that connect one triangle to the next are longer than necessary, so they effectively "push" the triangles apart. While the tape helped to solve this, you can't add tape to the front side of the triangles without it looking cheap. Once I was able to construct them as much as possible, I opted for adding tape around the edges and secured the array to the wall with small screws across the top and bottom. I then had to drill a hole through the wall to run the power cable.This brings me to another issue which is the power cable. It's rather short so I needed to buy a barrel extension cable to allow it to mount high enough up on the wall. The other issue is with the connector that houses the power, scene selector, and microphone. This part has a really short cable that starts the chain of lights and is susceptible to breakage. Mine was actually broken in the package and forced me to get a whole other unit sent out. I'd classify this as a design flaw as the proprietary connector should not be fixed into the control panel.Gripes above excused, the lights do look good now and the sound activated animations are really low latency. Personally, I'm torn on whether to recommend this unit or not, but if you're okay with the issues detailed above, then go for it!

I hung these above my record player for a rainbow lightshow with music. It's fun to watch the colors dance with the music.

Dead on arrival. These lights simply do not work the way they say they will. They HAVE to be connected to the Tuya app, via wifi, or once you plug them in, after 5 seconds they immediately start flashing red, and once they begin, you can not get them to do anything else. These will not work with just the included remote. You can not use these unless you're willing to use the app, which I am not. Will be returning these. Do not recommend if you just want to use the remote.

These are really nice, they came with quality adhesive pads and stuck well, the best part is that they connect using Tuya smart, which means you aren't throwing another 3rd party app for smart home devices (I have far too many apps and never remember what one controls what device.

When I saw these lights, I was super excited and ordered them for my son's game room. They had 'all the things' - app control, customizable colors, music sync, Alexa control. Oh, and you could create your own pattern - I don't suggest it!! The thing that caused me the most trouble was the linking cables. I'm not sure why they couldn't make both sides of the cables the same size but this was maddening. The next issue I had was with the double sided adhesive tape - I've had scotch tape that offered more adhesion than these. I ended up using Command strips, which worked perfectly. Once everything was finally up on the wall, I was good to go. My son was able to get it connected to the app but had a little trouble getting the customizing; I'm sure he'll play with later.

These guys are really nice looking decor for your 'cave' room. They plug in any way and seem to figure out a nice pattern no matter how the cables are installed. The only thing I don't care for is the sticky double sided tape mounting. You almost have to break them to release and reinsert one of the cables when needed. My audio system shook them enough to loosen up the a couple of cables. The patterns, controller both the remote control and via. phone are great, work well and have many modes. The colors are subtle and pretty to view. On some patterns it is to bright next to the TV and can't be turned down intensity. Just right brightness at day time, a little to bright on some patterns at night in a TV room.Love 'em though, very cool lights!
